Description of Work: I had a a new gas meter and gas line installed so that I could have a gas stove in my kitchen. The city inspector had to come out multiple times because JR's Plumbing didn't do the work correctly, so he couldn't sign off on it.

+ -1 moreIn prep for foundation work to be done to house, water and sewer lines had to be tested for leaks. I had used JR;s plumbing for other things so called them. There was a leak detected in the sewer line. Recommendation was to wait to fix it til after the foundation was leveled in case anything else broked during that process. When I notified them that foundation work was complete, owner came out to verify what needed to be done, explained the process to fix and then faxed me the estimate all in the same morning. We scheduled for the next day. The tunnel digging folks were there at 8:30, Mr. Villareal met them at the house and got them started. That huge tunnel was hand dug to expose the leaking pipe in about 5 hours in 100degree heat. The plumbers came the next day, replaced broken section of sewer line and retested everything. Cleaned up after themselves, removed shoes to keep mud from inside the house. Tunnel was refilled the next day and excess dirt was used to fill in low spots in the yard (my choice). Excellent job all around.
Description of Work: Performed water line and hydrostatic pressure test before foundation work started $345). There was a leak in the sewer line. After the foundation work was complete, I called Mr. Villareal, he came the next day to verify where exactly leak was, explained process to fix, faxed estimate to me and scheduled work to begin the next day. Tunnel was dug under the house to expose the sewer line break, plumber replaced section of the line, retested everything, had all dirt replaced, spred excess dirt in low spots of the yard (at my request). ($3695).

+ -1 moreTHEY SENT OUT A PLUMBER AND THINGS WERE GOOD. ANOTHER COMPANY HAD ALREADY COME OUT, BUT DID NOT DO ANY WORK. THE PLUMBER CAME OUT CHECKED THE TANK, FOUND THE PROBLEM AND HAD IT FIXED IN ONE DAY.
Description of Work: I HAD A PLUMBER COME OUT AND CHECK OUR SEPTIC TANK. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.
