Technician arrived within the time quoted by scheduler. Completed assessment. Gave report and explained issues well. Gave options on whether to repair or replace system. Searched for available discounts and assisted with financing. Very professional yet personable. New efficient system to be installed very next day! Altogether, excellent service.

After the technician explained all the potential modifications necessary to install an electric tankless water heater we decided not to proceed. The potential cost versus any gain we might achieve is just not worth it. We appreciate the frankness of the tech and will definitely call on Jon Wayne for future plumbing needs.

Rewired the thermostat. Works great now. Also had UV bulb changed.

We had to have a water line rerouted. They had to go crawling around in both of our attic spaces and cut multiple holes in sheetrock to do this. They were so good at explaining everything they did, and they kept the holes to the minimum they could get by with. They were very professional and neat with their work. I would highly recommend Jon Wayne!

We have used Jon Wayne Air-conditioning Company for many years and would definitely recommend any of their techs. Their technicians are all well trained and conscientious. Perfect, the technician, Jeff, arrived at the time promised. He was polite, friendly and ready to go to work. He was wearing a mask and his uniform was clean and fresh. he job was done quickly and he cleaned up the site and removed all debris.

Adam Seiler my technician came 3 hours after calling. He vacuum sucked out clogged sludge & flushed my HVAC drain & also checked my coils to make sure water didn’t back up into system & attached a PVC pipe to outside drain for more efficiency. he was very professional & helpful , explained thoroughly & answered all my questions . All covered under my Silver Rescue plan.

Well my appointment was forgotten to start. Sent Matt Baumann who snoops which is invasion of privacy in my home. Views business cards without my permission, then he starts bashing the other companies and bashing the names of how they no longer work for Jon Wayne. Tried to sell me a package that were outrageous. Whines like a child asking for cash money. I think he needed his diaper changed. Takes advantage of single women and Senior Citizens or is it race? Make sure you read the back of documents in small print carefully. Any deviation you will lose your 10 year protection plan! I complained twice on Matt Baumann and for some reason they protect him rather than customers. I will ask owners Don and Brandon Rackler to review all his sales very carefully. I had to tell Matt that he forgot to check the box for the Electric Panel and wrote something by it for a cheap one. He tried to slip one on me regarding the Maintenance Plan. He writes in $480.00 per year with first year free?? The maintenance plan is part of the Rescue Club Service Plan!!!!!????? Manager Maddie said she will get to the bottom of this and would send someone that is Professional and would call me back. She never called me back and when I finally spoke to her she went haywire rude! That my new appointment will be canceled???? What a witch! Don and Brandon if you want proof I have the paperwork!

Repairman arrived late afternoon and diagnosed problem. Had to order motor from supplier. Came back next morning and installed fan motor. Everything went smoothly.

Needed an A/C tune-up and possibly refrigerant recharge. Called two different times. Each time, sales rep promoted the $149 tune-up with first pound of refrigerant free. When asked how much the refrigerant cost per pound if more than one pound is needed, their sales reps just kept saying only their technicians have the refrigerant pricing. When I asked if they can contact their technicians and find out, sales rep said all the technicians are on the field and not available to reply. When I asked them to get back to me by phone or email when they can get an answer, they simply told me their technicians would only provide me the refrigerant pricing after they inspected the A/C unit. When I asked if their refrigerant prices are different for each individual customer, they could not give me a straight answer. By they way, they charge a $29 for a service call if you have a technician just to come out an give you an estimate. I called twice, not the same sales rep, exact same answers. If you don't think they are ready to rip you off, think again.

The technician did a great job explaining everything he was doing while he was fixing the problem. He finished in about an hour and offered other services the company provides to help prevent future problems. On a scale of 1-10, I give Jon Wayne AC/Plumbing company a 10. Everyone from Michael my technician to the service reps on the phone are TRUSTWORTHY and Professional always.

Robert performed the checkup and did an excellent job. The only problem we had was that it took three appointments to finally get someone out to do the annual checkup. The first two appointment times went by with nobody coming to the door and nobody calling us to explain why. Only when we called Jon Wayne were we told that other work took longer than anticipated (both times). A man named Mike called and did everything he could to be sure we were satisfied and suggested we set the appointment time for 9 or 10:00 a.m. instead of afternoon saying the earlier appointment time should give us better results. The third time worked out just as we would expect the service to be provided. Robert was here at exactly 10:00 a.m. as we had scheduled. We were about ready to drop Jon Wayne but Mike convinced us to try one more time. Between Mike and Robert, we have decided to continue with Jon Wayne and see how it goes the next time we need the annual checkup.

Fast response, honest, and professional service. Overall service is an A. The reason for the drop to a B rating: excessively high prices.

My purchased an AC unit for my 91-year-old mother's home. She's experienced a series of system failures. All were fixed, but I'm left wondering why a 91 year old woman has to suffer failure after failure after failure of a new AC system. The manager at Wayne Air Conditioning, after initially committing to "doing what is right," then said "there is nothing we can do." New AC systems simply don't have a series of failures like this one has had.
