Great! The repairman was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue very quickly.

It was an all day job but the service person stayed with it. He was both personable and professional. He offered several suggestions for future service along with careful and detailed explanations of how things work.

System held pressure test. Leak later found by another company to be from roof.

I have been dealing with John Wayne for almost a decade. This is the second time, only the second that they sent out a one of a kind tech. He was wondeful!!! Richard Hickey is one of the best! He was the most thorough, complete, professional sent out here. He makes the company all by himself! He is the reason I am even giving a rating. His service was unsurpassable. John Wayne needs to clone Richard Hickey. Thank you Richard.

Could not fix. Wanted to run a whole new system for almost $8000. Ridiculous.

The service today was performed under a service maintenance club plan for which I pay a monthly fee. As a club member, here was no charge for today’s service. I received a call from the office an hour in advance to let me know that the technician would be arriving at 9:00 am. (The appointment had been previously scheduled for a time window between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm). The technician (Tom) was very courteous and explained what steps he would take to make sure the system was working properly and safely. He followed through with the inspection and completed necessary adjustments and cleaning. He even offered to change my filter for me. I have been using this company for eight years and there has never been a problem that they did not handle in an expert and professional manner—even when I have had emergencies. Today’s service call by Tom was no exception.

Jon Wayne technician Jose was outstanding and professional. After checking all areas of the ac unit he determined the cause of the problem and was able to replace the thermostat. He did not leave until the unit was working properly. 5 stars for Jon Wayne!

Service was installed as scheduled. My only complaint is the cost. I am happy with the work performed. The cost should be in the 1500-2000 range. Actual cost was close to 3500. Sorry

Quite well. If the assigned technician isn't sure, then he will call in other help. They try to do it right the first time.

We have been Jon Wayne Service Company customers for over 3 years and our experience with them has always been excellent. I was skeptical when my husband decided to purchase their plumbing maintenance contract but it has proven to be a wise choice. The technician who came out, Joe Benavides, was very efficient and provided excellent customer service.

Wonderful Service Plan. We have two air conditioning/heating systems and both are serviced yearly in October. The John Wayne inspector/maintenance person spends about 4 hours each year checking out both systems and performing any maintenance that he finds. This year, he found that a starting capacitor in our main A/C compressor was not up to specs, so he replaced it. I would not have caught that problem until it completely failed. He also added a little refrigerant to one of our systems. Excellent attention to detail.

Wonderful service. We have two HVAC systems and every year in October a yearly inspection is done on both systems. The inspection/maintenance takes about 4 hours to complete. The service person checks each system by way of a very lengthy checklist and performs maintenance as needed. This year, he found a starting capacitor in the compressor of the main unit was not up to par, so he replaced it. He also found the compressor was a little low on refrigerant, so he topped it off. He also replaces the filters and UV bulbs each year. We have found that over the last 5 years, Jon Wayne service personnel are very conscientious, courteous, and professional.

It was fine. We bought it a few years back and they have kept up on the maintaince on it and it works just fine.

Wonderful! They happily returned after I had asked about a small rattle in bedroom vent. They sent someone same day to tighten a screw. Solved and no extra trip charge. The service people are very professional. I'll use them again when I have problems, and I'll also recommend them to my neighbors. Thank you to John Wayne!

New sink installed and new faucet and disposal unit with replumbing to fit it all together. Work was done very well and in a timely manner. Not cheap but the work is guaranteed.

After replacing the damaged part (I can't recall the name of the part but it's a small box where the wires are all concealed and connect to the unit to make it function) the technician made sure that our ac unit was properly repaired and functioning. He even had ants crawling on him but he never complained or lost his smile. Very courteous and professional. I felt very comfortable and safe with him and all the other Jon Wayne technicians when they come to do our Winter and Summer "inspection and tune up" to make sure our system is properly functioning. Being female and disabled this is very important. 😊

They did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem, then fixing the problems that we were having with the HVAC system drip pan overflowing and damaging the ceiling. The problem actually turned out to be a clogged drain. I have been a Jon Wayne Rescue Club member for several years and will continue to be in the future. They are very punctual and professional. They always explain what they need to do and answer all my questions using terms that I can understand. They don't waste time and get the job done as quickly as possible.
