I received 6 bids ranging from $675 to $1000. The John Wayne bid came in at just under $5K. The technician who came out to provide bid was very friendly and professional. The price was just very out of line.

Went as expected. My repair person was on time and professional. He has 22 years of electrical experience which I appreciated. He was efficient and explained his work. He also suggested some improvement work some of which I'm moving forward on. I live in an older home so it made sense. He introduced me to their rescue club service plans which I did sign up for and would recommend other would-be customers look into.

Another group of professionals. Started with Chris, who replaced cold water shut off/on valve. Thoroughly explained work to be done and answered all questions/concerns before I asked. Very respectful and easy to talk to personality. Quickly arranged for follow up replacement of water heater and further evaluation of foundation water leak. Then came Chris Blanco and team of Steven, Gary and John. Also explained work to be done and advised me of possible problem areas with proposed solutions. Quickly installed water heater and left work area cleaner than they found it. John Wayne can be justifiably proud of these exceptional gentlemen and their superior work ethic and expertise.

Steve was prompt and professional. He quickly identified a solution and got right to work after providing the service quote. Entire job took less than an hour, start to finish. Will recommend Steve and Jon Wayne Service Co. and definitely be using them in the future.

the tech was obviously not a seasoned one. He was very prompt and courteous but lacked some basic tools such as a small stepladder and extension cord. I was able to supply him with those but he should have those with him at all times. We hit another glitch and they will have to send out a ''specialist'' next week to take care of something that's broke on the outside unit. Another Saturday sitting and waiting for them to finish for me!

It went perfect since Jon Wayne was as able to someone to come and service our A/C on a Sunday hot afternoon, we didn’t pay anything since our A/C was still under our 5 year warranty

Jose from Jon Wayne came out to check on my air conditioner after it started blowing warm air. I called last night around 9:00pm and Jose was out here first thing this morning. Jose has always been professional and very personable. Jose ensured he had his boot covers on and ensured he kept my house and yard clean. Jose checked out my system and took time the time to explain to me everything in terms that a non repairman could understand. The experience is always nerve wrecking as one always expects the worst when it comes to air conditioning service and repair, but Jose made it better with his professionalism and personal attention. Jose was able to explain and give understanding advice on my air conditioner and the maintenance needed. I definitely recommend Jon Wayne and especially Joe and everyone that has ever come out to my house from Jon Wayne.

The two men who came to work did well, both Narcisco and especially Kevin E. who replaced the part. However, the parts department and customer service people did not contact me either of two times as I was told they would to get things ready for the workers. I had to call them to get things taken care of twice. That was sad and concerning. The office needs a better communication between their parts department and service department for its people to do their part. Thanks for the good technicians.

On Sunday I tried to do a repair of a leaking faucet. It didn't go well. I broke the stem off the valve. We were going to be without water until I could get a plumber out and it was late afternoon. I called Jon Wayne Services for help. Even though it was late they were able to get Steve G out to check out the situation. He found that the valve and some of the pipes would need to be replaced. Due to the level of work he capped off the pipes so we could have the water restored. The repairs were done By Chris P he did a great job and we ended up replacing the whole water delivery system to the shower and put in new fixtures. The whole experience was absolutely incredible from my first contact with Bev to the final repair. Jon Wayne came to our rescue and we are truly grateful and highly recommend Jon Wayne Services.

We were desperate to get the faucet/pipe fixed to be able to get water function for the house after being without water for 2 weeks. Pipe replaced (about3 feet tall & new faucet handle put on) took about 45 minutes to be replaced. Plumber bragged about the short time it took and charged over $900.00. This is outrageous!,
