Everything went very well. He was well mannered and did his job professionally.

Excellent service our service technician Robert was very detailed oriented and worked with CPS to get our heating system to where it needed to be making it safe for us to use. His knowledge and skill has proven to be a great asset to Jon Wayne club members like myself.

Called them for assistance with A/C and had someone out and fixed issue with in 2 hours mind you this was from 7-9pm, very happy with the service and recommend purchasing the premier yearly plan very fast response time and did not have to pay for service call or clean out of drain. James was also very knowledgeable and provided some very good information regarding smart thermostat would definitely recommend A+

Tom and coworker arrived on time. Introduced themselves and immediately got to work. Checked with me throughout the process to keep me in the loop. At the end, Tom reviewed work done and walked me through a few steps to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional in his work.

Excellent they are knowledgeable and hasslefree they came in and did what they said they were going to do with no issues. In my opinion it’s a very reliable one stop shop for all your HVAC electrical and plumbing needs.

Very fast and efficient, Andrew and his partner tuned up my heating unit. They answered any questions I had and very professional. I have rescue club which is a monthly membership but you get one cooling and one heating tune up a year and it’s well worth it. The heating tune up alone is $196.00 but I paid nothing as it’s included in the rescue club membership. I would tell anyone looking for a company to use Jon Wayne. We had our entire heating and A/C unit replace a few years back with them. Highly recommend!

Handled beautifully and found another problem we did not realize was existing. All problems corrected.

My technician John is just terrific, he gets the job done tells me what he's doing as he's doing it and why. He doesn't try to sell me something I don't need, all around absolutely terrific Service. I have an annual maintenance plan in I just truly appreciate that I know that they'll respond if I need something, in two hundred bucks a year is more than reasonable to me

It went real good, everything with fast and smoothly. The guys name was Andrew Riley, honestly one of the best service man to help us out.

I sent an email around 8:30-9:30 pm and someone called me and set up an appointment for the next day. Something came up and had to change it twice. Very friendly and helpful people. The tech showed up, Abel and was very professional. He took his time, went through everything and ran tests and then explained all my options and the prices. I will be calling them back for any A/C, heater or plumbing issues I have. Can’t say enough good about them. Abel was training another guy and both men did a good job, had a good sense of humor had good conversations. Highly recommend Abel and Jon Wayne company.
