Given the hard sell and asked to pay entire amount up front before the work could be scheduled. Obtained a second opinion, turns out not only is the softener is still functioning well but the water from the taps is fine. The Plumber from Jon Wayne didn’t even test the water.

EXTREMELY over priced. Had John Wayne come out to replace a small piece on a toilet and was quoted over $600 to replace it. I could buy 2 brand new toilets for that price! Gave them another chance to come clean the coils in my air conditioning unit, was quoted almost $700. Outrageous prices. Lesson learned and will not be using their services ever again.

The price was wayyy to high for my pockets. The faucet was under $200, the price to install was 3 times that. The technician was professional, well versed on the project, polite, respected my residence ( some don’t put the covers on their feet), and wasn’t pushy. He explained the pricing and how it works. If the price was right I would go with Jon Wayne. I plan to call them back in the near future for more pricing on the other projects I have at home.

Mr. Jesus Calderon arrived at our residence as scheduled. He provided a synopsis of the services to be performed and provided feedback during the entire process. Jesus then provided a post-summary of the work performed. Top-Notch service, as always with “Jon Wayne!”

The young man was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

They arrived late I took a half a day off from. They gave me an estimated time of 2 pm to 6 pm. I called at 3:30 pm to see what was the ETA, and they told me I was next. They did not come out until 30 to 45 minutes after 6 pm. I could save half a day of work. There is no consideration that I have been a loyal customer for years, and the price as really extreme high. I was told hey could not fix it because they needed to order apart. After a few minutes of trying to figure out how to pay for those fees. He told me there is a $29.00 fee just to let me know that my until could not be repaired. After I agree to pay their high fee to repair my unit. He offered to rig my unit to give me some heat. It's funny that he did not offer that before I decided to pay their large fees. John Wayne services are only for lining their pockets. Not to help a person that has been a loyal customer for years.
