Description of Work: A representative from the company came to my house and claimed that my AC unit was too dirty to qualify for the $69 coupon that I purchased.

Description of Work: Do not trust this company - Their only goal is to sell you a new A/C system at a very inflated price - They have no intention to repair your current system. My A/C system is only 6 years old - they said it could not be repaired - quoted me $10,000.+ for a new system - I received another quote for a better system at half the price. Finally found an honest technician that repaired a small freon leak for $200. - My system is now working perfectly.

Description of Work: Paid for the "deal" and never heard from the company. Despite multiple contacts from Angie's List I never received the service or a refund. Rip-off!

Description of Work: The technician performed a comprehensive home energy audit and gave me advice on how to correct all the discrepancies that resulted in the audit. The technician was very informative and professional. Overall I was very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend this company and the service that they conducted to anyone.

Description of Work: The energy audit performed was done in a highly professional manner. Each step was explained in great detail. Items that needed further attention were specified. I was highly satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: They came out to do maintenance on 2-8 yr old units. The serviceman was pleasant and professional; however, very little work was done. It was mostly evaluation. He spent a great deal of time writing up numerous cost proposals. The most expensive of which was $11,000. This did not include replacement of any major parts...just maintenance. We declined their offer, and won't be calling them back.

Description of Work: made appointment for estimate on 8/22/2011 at 2pm. Picked up message on answering machine from company that was lef t at 11:30am stating, that they had a cancellation and could come early. If would like them to come early please call otherwise, they would be here at appointed time 2pm. I picked up the message off my machine about 12:50pm and did not call for them to come early and expected them at 2pm. They never called and never showed up. Received call next morning about 9am and thety stated, that I was interested in estimate and was I still interested? No apology or exclamation. I said, since no one showed up or even called that I was no longer interesed in a extimate for the a/c heating system.

Description of Work: had problem with compressor not working, fan in house was running but not cooling. Could not identify specifics of problem. various cost quotes of possibilities. Attitude of tech was condecending, chose not to use this company at that time. Called on some one else.

Description of Work: They checked our unit for leaks, recharged our unit, discussed some options with new units and told us to contact their business office for sales.
