Description of Work: John and TJ were exceptional in every way. Their knowledge of the topics, the profesisonalism they exhibited and the quality of work and concern about quality are unexcelled. And the Boss, Mrs. Jones is the best at making sure the customer is served well. We could not recommend using John Jones Electrical any higher. They are the best in San Antonio.

Description of Work: Called for a Quote on a job to replace/ repair an exterior CB pannel. And there was a charge $49 charge to get a quote. I am new to the Angie's list game. I don't think you should pay for Quotes.

Description of Work: We had 3 minor items that needed a residential electrician--2 wall controls and and outside light fixture. I called JJ based on good reviews here on A/L. Everything was explained to me in advance--including all their trip costs, etc... Tech arrived (called first) as scheduled. Very professional and courteous. Showed me why I didn't need his services on one of the three items--saving me some money. Great service provider.
