Went very well.

I wasn't there for part of the time, but I arrived later. He told my son, who is an adult, what he was doing and why, so that he could relay it back to me.

Project went well and there were no unexpected problems.

It went fine. They checked out the electrical panels and found a loose wire and repaired the pool ground wire to the pump. They also checked the fan switches and found all was well.

Technician (T.J.) came to check our fluorescent lights which were no longer working in two bathrooms. He diagnosed the problem, and replaced the ballast boxes in each light, which had the original ballast boxes from 1992, when the house was built. T.J. also fixed a loose light switch, for no additional charge, and took a quick look at our office light, and suggested a fix for it we could do ourselves. While working in our bathroom, he cleaned up the dust and grime around the lighting fixtures. T.J. was very kind and courteous to me and child, and he placed booties on his feet before entering to keep our floors clean.

Punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to have around and very clean. They gave me a 10% discount.

It went great! I couldn't use the clothes dryer without the main circuit shutting down. It left me without lights downstairs and no TV. I called John Jones Electric and TJ came out the next day. He checked and replaced the dryer plug (the connection there was loose) and replaced the problematic breaker. He tested everything before he left. I haven't had a problem since. TJ was very personable and knowledgeable. He looks very young so he gave me all his credentials and those of his dad who owns the company. I was very impressed with him and the job he did for me. I definitely would call this company again if I needed electrical work.

Mr. Jones and his son performed this job in a very professional manner and as far as we're all concerned, I'd recommend them every time and wouldn't hesitate to call them for all our electrical needs!

Jones Electric, I think, is a stand up company. They really have bent over backwards for me many times and really go out of their way to help. I would recommend them to everyone because they are great!

Servicemen were on time, informative and helpful. Unable to duplicate problem with treadmill. They repaired all 11 outlets. While checking the electrical boxes, they found loose nulls and corrected, found a 20amp wire contacted to a 50amp fuse and corrected. This service cost $175 ($125.63 for the plugs and $60 check electrical boxes). I felt this was reasonable for the work performed. However, I was charged $441.54 to replace 6 EXISTING fixtures, I feel that I was OVERCHARGED for this service. To INSTALL NEW FIXTURES MAYBE, but this was to REPLACE EXISTING. A quote was not given before they arrived, I did ask for one and was told they would provide one when they arrived. I TRUSTED this company to provide a FAIR quote for the service performed, that trust was UNFOUNDED, that is too bad, because I did like them. Yes, I did authorize, b-u-t, I was held hostage and they knew it because I can't take time from work, that is why NO quote was given up front, a bad business practice!

He was prompt and got right to work. They are one of the few contractors that put on booties upon entering my home. The most impressive thing was that to do all the jobs he had to come back a second day and it was a bit more extensive than originally thought, but they still stuck to the original quote.

Extremely well. The person that took my order was extremely polite and considerate and patiently took the work requirement data. A father and son team, professionally attired, arrived precisely as scheduled and warmly greeted me. The first thing that impressed me was that they immediately put "booties" over their shoes so that they wouldn't soil our carpet. They proceeded to the job area and withing two to three minutes had analyzed the problem, told me what it would take to fix it and the approximate cost. They also explained why they had to do what they had to do. They had the necessary components in the truck and had the fixture repaired within minutes. In replacing the plastic cover over the fixture, a small piece of plastic was broken off. Without my saying a thing they volunteered to replace the whole thing and gave me a precise time to return and replace it. They arrived precisely as scheduled, replaced the cover, and did so completely free of any charge to me.

The receptionist took my call and arranged for the electrician to come by in a few hours. The electricians came promptly and were very polite. They located and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.

My neighbor had problems with her wiring and told me about it (she nearly had a fire). Since our houses were both built at the same time (early 1970's) and by the same builder, she urged me to get mine checked. I double-checked with an electrical-savvy friend of mine, who recommended same. The Joneses came right on time, checked everything, gave me an estimate, and performed all the work within the time and price they specified. I am totally satisfied.

We purchased a new wall oven and the wiring instructions differed from the old oven, despite having the same wires. We wanted a qualified electrician to perform this work. The company was selected from Angie's List. They are a father/son team and they were able to respond the same day. They have a nice vehicle and uniforms. They were very careful in keeping the house clean. They are knowledgeable, professional, and nice guys.

I was very pleased with their work. They were neat and clean with the work. They were very prompt, and even went out of their way to find a fixture that would work in my older home. Their manners were just great. They were gentleman and I would use them again.

I contacted John Jones Electric to install four wall sconces in my media room and install dimmer switches. I called for an appointment and was given an exact time of arrival. I was called the morning of the appointment to confirm that they were on their way. Mr. Jones arrived on time and gave me a price after inspecting my walls and attic. Since I knew holes would have to be placed in the walls, I had contacted a painter to repair the dry wall after the installation. I never needed to repair the walls! The work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. They cleaned up any mess they made and vacuumed the carpets when the work was done. This was the best experience I have had with any electrician.

Mr. Jones and his son are in business together. They were very prompt and professional. Their prices are also very reasonable.
