We love Jerry and his team. This was a Sunday and Jerry came over right after he got out of church.

The gentlemen arrived on time and were professional. They were very quick and coordinated well with the tile guys who were running late and still working around the sink. I was a bit disappointed only in that they were unable to install the small water heater due to a code issue though they did try to find a way to meet code. In the end they recommended an on-demand recirculating pump which we later purchased and installed ourselves and are very happy with. They also had never seen a decorative flange which went with our composite sink and garbage disposal. When they installed it they used some putty which is not recommended but other than being a little unsightly for a while it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely hire them again though in hindsight I would stay more closely involved in what is happening as I was side tracked by the tile guys or I would have caught the putty issue before it was applied but staying involved with any contractor working in your house is always good advice!

He was on time and very efficient. He was in and out. Plumbers are very expensive but I can't complain about that. He was very efficient and got it done and left. The work was good. I haven't had any trouble thereon.

Went exactly as planned. I've had JL Hearn complete several projects here and all have gone very well. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

On time, friendly and reasonable rate. Charge is by the hour, not by the job. We've been grossly overcharged by 2 plumbers this past year, so it was a pleasure to do business with JL Hearn Plumbing. We'll be using them again for dishwasher installation and bathroom updates.

The owner, Jerry, came out for the initial estimate. He knew what to do right away. I had others out for estimates and some didn't even know if it was possible to do with out tearing out a wall into a closet. He sent 2 men out to do the job, I think is was the next day. They were on time, very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. They had to did out the floor to move and replace the draIn pipe. They compleated the job in a short time and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with there work. I also had them come back about two week later. Just one person came the second time and welded the fittings for new water lines and put in a new faucet with a repeat performance. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. He was courteous and explained all that he had done. I was hardly aware he was here. I was impressed and will gladly call them in the future.

Called them on 19 Jun 14 about replacing the broken backflow preventer. Lots of help and told me how to save money by purchasing the fixture myself which I did. Made the appointment for the next day early and they were on time, friendly and efficient. Within less than 2 hours the backflow preventer was replaced, tested and working again. I even watched, out of curiosity on how they did it. Very happy with results.

If I could give this company an A+ I would, they're that good. 1. My initial contact with Rebecca was both friendly and professional. She gave me a choice of available dates. 2. They arrived at the time specified and did the work exactly as specified. Exactly. 3. They charged me exactly what they quoted. Exactly. 4. They were friendly and professional at the same time. 5. They weren't scared of my dog and even reduced the dog's anxiety enough for him to be petted. Trust me, that's a big deal when you have a barky Sheltie. I also asked for advice on a new dishwasher and Jerry gave me some great things to look for. Bottom line, they're my new plumber.

Jerry called before he arrived to do the work so I knew he was coming. He and his assistant went right to work attempting to clear the bathtub drain. They ran in to a problem with the pipe which was not the correct size. Jerry's never give up attitude clicked into motion and he went to work to find a solution to the problem. He did find a way to clear the drain pipe. The tub works like new now. He did an outstanding job and was very quick. I would and have recommended him to other people.

David did a great job with my faucet. It took him three hours to complete this task and wasn't easy.

First of all, Rebecca, the receptionist/scheduler is very professional, courteous, and responsive! This starts things off on a great note. She called me back within a half hour even though I had called after hours, and fit me in for the next morning. Plumbers arrived on schedule and had the repair completed in just over 30 minutes. They -- one of of whom was the owner -- were very courteous and polite. Replaced the defective hose bib with one that matched the other two newer ones on the house. I was very pleased with their service. This is the 4th time I have used them since we moved into our home in May, 2013: previously they installed three toilets, reconfigured pipes under the kitchen sink to accommodate a new reverse osmosis water filtering unit, and repaired/reconfigured pipes on a new water softener that had a poor backflow prevention design. I have found J.L. Hearn to be very skilled and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

They were very good and made sure nothing leaked and were punctual. They are my new plumbers!

As usual they were punctual and professional. One minor glitch is that I was quoted a ball park figure of $300 over the phone, but at the time I thought that it was a low estimate and wasn't very surprised by the final charge. Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend JL Hearne Plumbing.

First, I cannot emphasize more how incredibly punctual, professional and polite Mr. Hearn was. I called in the morning to see if he could come by to look at a toilet which had become loose and replace the water heater. Not only did Mr. Hearn and his two employees replace the water heater in no time at all, they also fixed the loose toilet plus another toilet which seemed to have issues as well. Mr. Hearn explained that he might have to take extensive measures to repair the issues on both toilets. Fortunately, he was able to fix both toilets without having to take extensive measures.

Would have liked to use their service......called at 07:20 and left a message. (water leak in the master bath in the wall behind the sink--we are without water as this is written). They didn't call, so I called back at 08:20--the lady that answered said she just heard my message and would call one of her plumbers who would then call me with a time for service. Waited 2 hours. No call. Called back again--got the answering machine. Now two hours after that, still nothing so I went to a competitor. Great reviews are worthless if you don't bother to show up.

I received a quote over the phone from Rebecca and scheduled an appointment. The installers arrived on time and had everything done in a couple of hours even though it was a difficult installation. They cleaned up after themselves and explained what they had done and went over the warranty with me. Great price and great service. I would definitely use them again.

We are new to the area and water softeners, they took the time to make sure we understood how it works and that we were getting the correct one, with out being pushy or talking down to us. Will definitely be using them again. Great family run business, who actually cares that their name is on the line.

This is the fourth plumber I have had in a year-and-a-half to try to fix a problem in the master bathroom sink -- the hot water would only come out as a trickle. In the past either they said I needed to replace all the hardware, or they cleaned out a little sediment and then the water came out a little more, but still a small amount. This plumber spent 10 minutes and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done that the others had missed. And now the water comes out at full force. The owner, Jerry Hearn, is very professional and explained what all was involved and what he had done to repair it. What a pleasure to have found this company.

They were absolutely outstanding. It is a family owned business. All of our calls were returned, and they showed up when they said they were going to . They were extremely professional, and we were very comfortable with them here. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
