Description of Work: Kitchen faucet leaking under cabinet. I had purchased a new faucet several months ago in anticipation of replacing counter tops and sink and had this co. replace old faucet with my new one. Plumber was very efficient and professional.

Description of Work: It took the plumber less than 5 minutes to light my pilot light. There was no other issue. I was charged for a full hour though it only took 5 minutes. $85.00 seemed a little steep to me, just for lighting a pilot light. There was an electronic igniter, so he didn't even need a lighter. That wasn't the worst part, though. When I paid him, he was using a tablet-looking device. I asked him if he would be emailing my receipt, as he didn't have a paper one. He said he would. I never received it. So, I emailed and asked for one. I also called several times and left a message. I have never received a receipt or a response. I only know how much was taken from my bank account from my bank statement.

Description of Work: Arrived on-time. Fixed problem. Friendly. Answered my questions. A little more expensive than I expected.

Description of Work: They are very prompt, precise, and let you know exactly what you need and how much you will need to pay. The staff are very professional and I definitely recommend them for any plumbing job and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: My house in a Converse subdivision sprung a sudden leak in the walls the tenants noticed because it had soaked the carpet in the entryway. This happened on 15 Dec. After calling JL Hearn at 6p that evening they told me they could come out between 10a-12p the following morning. They arrived at 10:30, introduced themselves and immediately got to work. Within an hour and a half they had located the leak, cut into the walls, identified the problem pipe and replaced the portion that had a pinhole in it. They took me through the house to show me where they cut the walls and what preventive measures I should use to keep from mold beginning. He even made a referral to a restoration company that could come out and take care of the damages and dry the spaces out. Jerry Hearn and his journeyman Stephen Wengler were both very friendly, very informative and very efficient. I would definitely use them again, and, in fact, have already called them for another job in my primary residence.
