Description of Work: I called this gentleman to help with my yard. I couldn't afford him right now but he was so very helpful and told me a cheaper way to do it myself until I can afford him!! Description of Work: I hired him to cut my lawn. I have a small to average size lawn (no bigger than 5000 sq ft). When he first came out he quote me $50. My lawn was not overgrown just in need of a cut. He compromised at $40. I've never paid more than $35. He did a great job, but was way above and beyond what I needed. If you don't mind the price, then you may really like this guy.

His estimate was extremely competitive and he even came out same day to do the job. He did great work at a great price and I will definitely call him back out for future lawn needs.

He was going to suck up the leaves and he ended up blowing the leaves, but he didn't charge me any extra. I am going to be calling him for something much more substantial.

+ -1 moreHe was highly recommended by many people. He came out two weeks ago to do edging and trimming for my entire front and back yard. I have set him on a contract for my yard work. He is very positive, caring, compassionate, good and efficient. My friend and I gave him as a gift to service a lawn for an elderly couple. Since the elderly man couldn?t do anything, our landscaper went and did their yard work. I like his work a lot. Since he lives about 3 blocks away from my house, I send him an e-mail to inform him to come to my house for the yard work. He always comes within the time specified by me. I actually started paying him, as he never asked me to pay. The quality of his work is very good. He cleans up after himself. He doesn?t leave anything around. I will continue to use his services. Once it starts raining, I am going to have him plant grass for me. He is very versatile, as he not only does lawn work for me, but also does tree trimming for me.

+ 1 moreHe was very thorough with his work & did a good job. He told me his recommendation for my yard before he even began which I thought was helpful to me.
Description of Work: Since I had a lot of grown weeds on both sides of my house, Jake had to treat them (sprayed weed killer) first. Then 4-5 days later he came back to do all the yard work, which included mowing, edging, removing weeds from around the plants, trimming bushes, blowing leaves, cleaning & removing all the weeds, grass, etc. from the yard & driveway.
