Jake provides excellent lawn service. He is very responsive and professional, and takes great pride in his work. We will continue partnering with him to keep our lawn and landscaping looking great.

Jake, provided excellence service and great quality! The back fence was built so much better than average, with 3 crossbeams instead of the normal 2, and the posts were cemented in the ground with new cement and deeper holes. The gate repair work was to replace the wood slats where the hinges and latches were located, so everything had to be unbolted to make the replacement. Since my back fence is adjacent to two different neighbors, Jake gave me the cost sharing for each one. Jake also helped me through the process of making sure utility and cable lines were marked. My only disappointment is that he doesn't live closer, but I was fortunate that the work I needed to be done was in the winter, when he had more free time.

He is timely, he does a great job, his crew is great, and he has very competitive rates.

He just used the trimmer to trim the edges, winter grass and weeds. He used the blower to clean up the driveway. He was not going to charge me for that. He said it was not much, but I gave him $20. He is a very honest man. He had come 2 weeks earlier to treat the weeds. I will be using him for a bi-weekly lawn mowing service

They came out and they give me yard maintenance, cutting the grass and all the stuffs.

Above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

Jacob came, provided his input and proceeded to take care of the job right away. I couldn't have been happier. This was meant as a surprise for my husband who was out of town. When he arrived home, he was very glad to see the back yard cleaned up and the improvements that Jacob made were perfect. He laid cedar mulch around the raised garden beds and rocks in the barbecue area. Now when it rains it's not muddy. And everything is so clean and orderly. Thanks, Jacob!

We wanted to place the rocks in our front yard using cement and concrete. We said we dont want to stack them but just place it with cement. First he said that he had done that kind of job and gave us the quote. We finalized the price even though it was pretty high as per our budget. But then he took us to the store where they sell the rocks and recommended the rocks that can be stacked. Then only he said that he does not do the rocks with cement. It was all a waste of time. We could have looked with someone else for the work of we would have known at first itself.

I expected the work on the front and back yards. However, the work on the rose bushes ( in the backyard) and the bushes in the front yard island were particularly surprising. (being that this work was included in the final price) This is definitely a company that I would recommend to anyone that might ask.

Failed to show up for the scheduled time, and after reschedule failed once again. Did not even call, I gad to call to ask if he was coming.

Cost was a little higher due to first time clean up. I agree that the pricing was fair.

I called this service last Monday, one week ago, to get an estimate for some lawn care. Jake answered right away and told me he would be out the next day to look at the work I wanted done and give me an estimate. He asked me to text my name, address and phone number to his cell, which I did. Tuesday came and went. He never showed or contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming. I understand things come up, so I called him again Wednesday and left a message asking what the situation was and would he please call me back as I still wanted an estimate. It has now been five days since I left that message, seven since first contact, and I have never heard back from him. So I hired someone else. This seems to be a growing trend on Angie's List. I tend to call only the award winners on this site. I am guessing that the award means they become popular with all the good press because 2/3rds of the time, my calls and messages are never returned. This may be another case of that.

He was wonderful. He went above and beyond. We had a pool in the backyard and he made sure after he mowed, he blew the trimmings away from the pool but he also used our net to skim the pool. His work was just really good and he was professional.

Never got a response back from them. I understand that this time of year is extremely busy for landscaping companies, but a simple "So sorry, we're swamped right now" message goes a long way.

He was great. He was right on time and gave me a quick bid and came out the next day to do the work.

I attempted to schedule an appointment for an estimate for lawn service. I received an email inquiring about my address/location due to the limited scope of his service area. I sent an e-mail providing my address, but I never heard back from this vendor. I assume potential customers or individuals who can refer customers are not valuable enough to warrant a response from this vend. I went with another vendor.

We are happy with the service Jake provided.

They did a really good job at cleaning my yard. It was kind of a mess when I moved in. The work was good, he's really personable and provide good customer service.

Jacob came by the property and trimmed the front and back trees which were starting to hang over the house. He did the work for the best price and hauled off what was trimmed down. Job well done.

There were a lot of weeds that had not been taken care of in a long time. The guy came out, removed all the leaves and weeds and took them all away. My experience with him was good. He did a good job. He was a nice young man and did a lot of heavy work.

We've been using Jacob's Lawn Service since last year. Moved into a new house, called several lawn companies for an estimate. Jacob was the only one that returned my call. He's punctual, professional and gets the job done quick. Our lawn is looking awesome.
