Description of Work: Art was especially helpful with a water spill that pooled over a carpet. His fans help to dry and refresh the carpets.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the family room and took an 8 X 10 area rug and cleaned that too. It went well, very smoothly. The carpet dried quickly and they had my rug back to me in the time they told me. They are very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Ever since I used Art Pacheco to do a complete carpet and tile/grout cleaning of my whole house, I have had him return on a quarterly basis to keep my home looking great. This is not an easy task with pets and active traffic between the living room and the deck. Art has done a great job and I intend to expand his workload to cleaning the sofa and loveseat.

Description of Work: We were getting ready to move out and put our house on the market, when Art came out he looked at everything, gave us an estimate and was willing to work around the movers, cleaners, etc. We were already on our way to our new destination when the work was done, it must of looked great - our realtor was happy with the work and our house sold within 30 days. The carpet was older and dirty with some pet stains, but Art handled it all. I can confidently say, I would use no one else.

Description of Work: I called Mr Pacheco last week, left a message and he called me back within a few minutes. He was away and promised to call me in a few days to make an appointment. Long story short, he came over to clean my sofa, chair, and ottoman. They were pretty dirty and we didn't expect to much. Well, we are not going out to look for new furniture. The work he did was much better than we could have imagined. Our furniture is now very clean. While he was here, we asked if he could clean our living/dining room carpet which he did. The work was done professionally and quickly. Our carpet looks good too. We highly recommend Mr Pacheco And will use him again.

Description of Work: Excellent service at an excellent price. Art was on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. I have 2 large dogs that had recently been sick. There were multiple pet stains on our carpet and he was able to remove all of them. I will use this company the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned and would recommend them to anyone.
