They were punctual and were great at communicating arrival and completion times. They took great care to make old carpet look almost new and were able to remove some stains from kitchen floor grout. I called this company to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning, Unfortunately, this company is limited to certain areas and my zip code was not an area they could work. The person who answered the phone called another company of the same franchise who will be able to clean in this zip code.

Art and his brother Mark were prompt, professional, and payed great attention to detail. Both men had wonderful manners and were very communicative about the costs and timing involved in cleaning our carpeting. Their customer service is rarely found in today’s environment! The men arranged to pick up my oriental rug before they came to my home to clean the wall to wall carpeting. On the day Art and Mark came to clean the carpet they brought the oriental rug with them so that it could be placed in my great room on the same day. The oriental rug is now in like new condition. The stains in the wall to wall carpet seem to have all been removed. The method that was used in cleaning did not leave my carpet wet but rather a damp dry which now, 5 hours later, is totally dry. Art told me he would return to re-treat spots that might reappear later. Art and Mark worked great as a team. They moved furniture to clean under and around it. They replaced the furniture before they left. The job was done in the exact time frame they gave me. I have moved many times and used different carpet cleaners. I thought no one could top the cleaning company I used before moving to Texas. Heaven’s Best has out surpassed any other carpet cleaning company I have used in the past! I will be using Heaven’s Beat next month to clean an seal the flour tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. Art and Mark have a fine work ethic and are excellent at customer service.

Art did a great job and was fast and reasonable. I called him on 22 Dec 2017 and even though he was busy, he was able to booked me for that afternoon. He was prompt and provided professional service. I would his service again.

Wonderful. This is the third time we've used Heaven's Best - each was excellent and job done well. He worked especially on any hard stains we pointed out, and got them cleaned with no recurrence of the stain. Was flexible and adjusted appointment when we had a sudden conflict. And gave us Angie's List discount. We highly recommend Art and Heaven's Best. NOTE: There are four entries on Angie's List for the same Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning service -- near as I can determine all four are the same (three show the same logo; one is logo-less).

We had areas that were heavily soiled from our walking over the areas for thirteen years, and I was not optimistic that much could be done. We had previously worked on our carpet various times ourselves. I was quite pleased with the service and very pleasantly surprised with the results. I really appreciated the great difference that we now see.

They were there on time and got started, working quickly and efficiently. Only issue was my fault because I didn't realize that by having my grout painted in 2010, the power cleaning would remove quite a bit of the paint. When I asked, Art was willing to come back and paint the grout on another day; however, he told me what needed to be done and I was actually able to do it myself. I learned that if the grout has been painted, then subsequent cleanings will probably require re-painting. They couldn't have been nicer and am glad to use their services whenever possible.

Art is awesome! Art's team is professional, reliable, punctual, and friendly! I have hired Art twice in two months (First visit: Upholstery cleaning; Second visit: Tile/grout cleaning). Art is great about setting expectations up-front and then delivering on the agreed-upon work. After building a custom house and dealing with unreliable and unprofessional vendors, Art is a breath of fresh air!

Once again, Art was very responsive, professional, on time and left our home smelling wonderful. Glad we were able to use his services and he is coming back next week to clean and seal the tile.

ART CALLED AN HOUR AFTER I BOUGHT THE COUPON AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY! HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS BEFORE STARTING AND WAS VERY THOROUGH AND CLEAN. I ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO A FRIEND FOR CARPETS.

I called Saturday and they came Sunday! the house looks and smells fantastic. The carpets are far from new but they look fantastic now and I couldn't be happier with the end results.
