Very professional. Art arrived on time, got right to work and performed all the services he said he would. My carpets look and smell amazing. I will never use anyone else.

I liked that he kept me informed about his expected arrival time, that he arrived when he said he would. Then he looked over the carpet in my new home and focused on getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Areas that I thought would not be able to be cleaned - guess what? He cleaned them. Now my new home has clean carpet, without spots!. Maybe anyone can clean a carpet, but Art did it with total professionalism! I have had nothing but compliments on his work. We plan to continue his services in the future. He found a new I-Phone in our parking lot and promptly brought it to my office so I could return it to the owner. I was so impressed with his intregrity and the resident's daughter was so grateful. Description of Work: Great company! Art was very responsive to my request for an estimate on his website. I submitted the form late at night and he contacted me the next morning. Everything about this company is great, from their image and professionalism to their customer service to their actual cleaning process. All was top notch. Art kept me informed throughout the day as to his timeframe, and I appreciated him squeezing me in on short notice. We are expecting our fourth child any day now so we really needed to get this done. Art was super friendly and instantly put my wife and kids at ease. The actual process was great too. Art first vacuumed all the carpets. Then he treated it with a pleasant citrus smelling cleaning solution. He then went over it with his machine and spot treated the tougher stains with a spray bottle. He finished by "raking" the carpet to make the fibers stand up so they could dry faster. Wow! What a difference! My carpet hadn't ever been cleaned and after three years and three kids you can imagine how dirty they were! Now they look great and smell fresh and I feel much better about my kids playing on the floor and bringing a new baby into the house. I also like the fact that they don't. Soak the pad under the carpet, which can lead to mildew growth not to mention taking forever to dry. I can't recommend Heaven's Best enough, even if they cost a little more than other companies, they are definitely worth every penny. Now that I've seen the results, I'll probably get my carpets cleaned more often. I'm planning to have them come back out and clean my couches as well. Description of Work: Art did a great job. I was running late due to an unforseen traffic closure and he was more than happy to wait at my house until I arrived. When I got there, he had already unloaded his equipment and was ready to go. He and I went over the areas to be cleaned and he explained in great detail the various results that would be acheived given the condition of the carpet. He was extremely polite and professional and we were super pleased with the way our carpet turned out. Not only was the drying time a fraction of what past carpet cleaners have left us with, the aroma that was left behind was quite pleasant. I would highly, highly recommend this company and will have them back.

Description of Work: After a long delay on my part I finally made an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. My carpet is a cork color and had so many stains that I was embarrassed to have anyone out for an estimate. I finally took the plunge and must tell you what a pleasurable experience it was mainly due to the pleasant personality of Mr. Pacheco or Art as he said to call him. He is a true professional, knows his business and did an excellent job. Although my carpet is 8 years old, Art had it looking like new and all the stains I was so worried about were removed. I can't say enough good things about Art and his business and definitely plan to use him again. If you're in need of a person to clean your carpets give Art a call, you won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: Art called approx 1-1/2 hours prior to our scheduled appointment time and arrived 30 min minutes early. He came in to look at the job and explained what needed to be done to clean the pet stains made by my chihuahua in my living room and dining room. He gave me an estimate minus the 15% Angie's List discount of $137.00. He finished in a couple of hours and the carpet looks great. He said it would take approx 1-3 hours to dry and I'm waiting patiently. I also received an estimate on kitchen floor tile being cleaned and grout sealed and am looking forward to him completing the job next week.

Description of Work: I have an old sofa that needed to be cleaned so I checked out Angie's list, called three companies, and found Art at Heaven's Best Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. I work outside of my home and the Memorial Day weekend was coming up which meant I had Monday off. I spoke with Art on Friday and, in order to accommodate my work schedule, we made an appointment for Monday - Memorial Day! Art arrived on time, got right to work, and cleaned the sofa. I didn't even have to ask for the advertised Angie's list discount, he had already taken it off the final total. I was so impressed and pleased with his service that I asked him about cleaning my area rugs - particularly an antique Indian rug that I have in front of my door. We agreed on a very reasonable price, so he took the rug and returned it the next day - It is amazingly clean, deodorized, and fresh. I will definitely use Art again and have already recommended him to one of my friends.
