They were very timely and professional. When I walked into the shop, everything was organized and well laid out for me to look at. The girl that helped me at the front desk was very good and very hard working. She took an interest in what I needed to get done.

I had some window screens and a door screen that were badly damaged by our dog. We hadn't fixed them as we knew it would cost a lot. Finally, I decided to check Angie's List and found Hansen's. Boy am I glad I did! They were totally awesome! They did a wonderful job of repairing everything - even suggested pet resistant screen (which I did buy). They were kind and polite and got the work done much faster than expected. The cost for 4 large window screens and a screen door was just under $200. I'll tell everyone about these folks - they're great!

It took a little while to get the screens fixed because the job was a difficult one. They had to be specially made and hey had to order the parts for them. They did a very good job. They fit perfectly. I am very pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

They had the material that I wanted. They came and picked the door up and brought it back. They brought it back days before it was supposed to be finished. The price was wonderful.

I found Hansen Screen Company on Angie's list and called them. Javier arrived on time (after accommodating my work schedule), took measurements and gave me the estimate in one trip. I had already shopped around for solar screens and knew that his estimate was very reasonable. I was impressed with his professionalism and the quoted cost, so I chose my screen color and ordered the screens on the spot. I also asked that my old screens be repaired as necessary and re-installed on my north-facing windows (which didn't have any screens on them at all). Javier and I agreed on a VERY REASONABLE price, so later that week I removed the burglar bars and old wooden screens from the all of my windows. Javier came by and picked up my old screens to be repaired and re-screened as necessary. Meanwhile I cleaned my windows and sanded and repaired the windows frames - my new screens were ready a few days EARLY and I had to ask that Javier wait to install them so I could finish my work. In all my years a s home-owner I can count on one hand the times a contractor had to wait on me instead of the other way around! On the day of installation, Javier and Kevin arrived (again on time), installed my new solar screens, re-installed the old, wood screens on my "naked" north-facing windows, and without my even asking reinstalled all of my burglar bars (and they are awkward and heavy). I was so impressed that I have again used Hansen Screens to make and install two new wooden screens. The quality of the screens are excellent, customer-service was excellent, I am an experienced home-owner (this one makes my 11th) and I rate this company as one of the best I have ever dealt with

He arrived promptly at the appointment time and was very professional in his service. He came the next day and removed all of our screens to be repaired. Within 3 working days, he contacted us that the work had been completed and he was ready to reinstall our screens. As the weather had been bad (misty and drizzly for several days) I had not been able to clean the outside of my windows and was not really ready for him to reinstall the screens. He said to call when I was ready and he would be out in the next day or so to finish the work. Once the weather cleared, we scheduled a date to reinstall the screens. He arrived promptly as scheduled and spent about 2 hours reinstalling the screens. This would not have taken so long if he had not had to install a completely new screen door. I really am impressed with the work done and the professional manner Javier maintained. I really like the new solar screens and am anxious to see the difference they make this summer.

I ordered two solar window screens. I asked them to come out an measure since there were slots for a screen but none on the house when I purchased it. A very congenial gentleman came by and ascertained what I needed, they made the screens, I picked them up at their facility and installed them. It took about 10 days but there was a holiday weekend in between measuring and filling the order. The completed screens slid right into the slots with a perfect fit. They have cut down the glare on the only side of my house that gets direct sunlight - I wish I had done this a couple of months ago.

Kevin came and measured the windows and the following week he came back and intalled them. All the screens fit and I am very happy with the results.

Havier had come over the previous week---thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the problem and gave me an estimate---We agreed to have come the following week to perform the job---I work at night and Havier was very considerate in trying to keep the noise to a minimum---he completed the job in about one-and-a-half days---results look very professional and I'm very satisfied---I intend to hold on to their service card for future reference

The company responded promptly to my request and sent out someone within the week to give an estimate and do the work. Most of the screens had to be replaced due to age and wear, and the price was reasonable. The installer worked very hard to please the customer and was quick to come out a second time to install some tension springs and also adjust kitchen patio screen. I am very satisfied with this company.

Kevin came out, on time, and measured all the screens needing replacement. The window frames are the older type than what is used today. These older window frames are very hard to measure and fit correctly. That is why I had a professional do it. Kevin measured the screens so that they were flush to the inside of the window frame, instead of leaving a gap between the screen and window frame. All other estimator's measurements included a gap. I showed him the other estimates that I had received and Hansen Screen's estimate was a little higher. He matched the next bid closest to his. After measuring the screens he stated it would be the next Thursday before he could get back out. Kevin returned the next Thursday, as promised, and replaced the screens. Hansen uses the best frames and screens for their jobs. This information was relayed to me by another company I received an estimate from. The work was immaculate and he takes his job and craftsmanship seriously. I would recommend Hansen Screens to anybody. If you have the older window frames like I do, then call this company.

The work was done real good but I thought the price was steep.

I went to the shop not knowing exactly how to proceed with this project. They took the time to explain to me, in detail, what they needed to know to build sun screens for me.

HANSEN SCREEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REPLACING THE OLD SCREENS AND ALSO FIXED AND/OR REPLACED THE FRAMES. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK ON A VERY TIMELY BASIS AS WELL.
