Work was on time, very reasonable and the screens fit perfectly.

James was punctual and very professional. His care about our needs actually exceeded our expectations. Throughout the installation he explained the proper way to adjust and care for our new screens.

Dropped the old screens off at Hansen's. They said it would be about a week. The new screens were ready when promised and fit perfectly.

Some were not submitted to them correctly with size, and they fixed them no charge.

Extremely well. Even had to redo two screens because they had locking clips on the bottom which he could not see from the outside. They were done at no extra cost and came back the next day even though I told him it could wait until they were out this way again.

Took it to him and he completed the rescreen while we waited! Very knowledgable and friendly. He does everything.... complete enclosures to repairs. Would definately recommend him for any screening needs!

The 2 people that helped me out were very friendly and helpful.

I took two screens into them for repair that were damaged in the recent hail storm. The owner said the frames were so badly damaged it would be better to just get two brand new screens. When I asked about the difference in cost between repair & replace, the owner said about $2! I got a 20 % discount ( 15% Senior Citizen & 5% Angies List member), which surprised me that he combined the two discounts. I picked up my two brand new screens yesterday.

They did a great job in a timely manner.

I called Hansens to get an estimate to repair my exterior window screens(30 of them :)) on our "older" home. The person said they were very busy and I should bring in all of the window screens or else I would be charged a $70 trip charge. I don't pay for trip charges or estimates. There are too many great companies to use that would never think of asking me to bring in 30 exterior screens. He obviously doesn't need the business, but such a silly request of a consumer. Very unprofessional and disappointing based on the great reviews.

It went very well. Xavier came out one evening to look at the patio enclosure and give me an estimate. I had already done some research and new I wanted the pet resistant screen due to having 2 cats that spend time on the patio. Xavier told me he would start next week and it might take a day or two. I didn't need to take off work since it was an outside job. The following Wednesday, the job was done. The screen is beautiful and provides good visibility when looking outside and privacy when on the outside looking in.

They did a beautiful job of closing in and screening part of our patio. They were able to complete the job within a couple of days with no hassles. Now, no more bugs, mosquitoes, bird droppings, etc. It is such a joy and pleasure to be able to finally go outside and really relax! Now, if only the weather would cool off so we can enjoy our beautiful and quot;little retreatand quot; more,haha! Thank you, thank you, thank you Hansen Screen Company! I called the office at about 8:30 am to arrange repair. James called back within 30 minutes and came immediately to assess the repair. He had everything with him to replace the screen and replaced it immediately. He told me to call back if there is any problem. I'm happy to have the door repaired so quickly and pleased with the service.

It was good work. I was at their shop, so had to be punctual. They are close by. It may not be the best price but they do a good job.

Good work and helpful in keeping costs down

I had to hire my own carpenter to replace the wood trim. Their capenter attempted to replace the trim with another type of wood which did not match existing trim. The company did back out the costs of this service.

Excellent!! Jim actually replaced the front door screens on his initial visit. He took the sliders back to the shop. Then he replaced the remaining screens when he delivered the sliders. Jim was very friendly, competent, and efficient! Thanks Angieslist!

They just had the materials and equipment we needed. The prices were reasonable, and they were very helpful explaining things to us. With regard to price, we got everything we needed and it was cheaper than having somebody do the work. They had the supplies and the advice we needed, and we were able to do all the work ourselves. With regard to quality, they are holding up. We probably will use them again in the future.

It was good. I found them a little pushy on that service. However, they gave me an estimate from other things, and I probably will use them in the future, maybe.

Screens were installed quickly when they arrived. The solar screens look great on the home. We are happy and satisfied.

Working with Hansen was a charm. Clint is very professional and James did fabulous craftmanship. Had our covered porch completely redone w new framed screens and 2 new doors. They were timely and provided great value for the project. We love it! Needed a couple of tweeks after the install and they came out and addressed the issues. I recommend them for any screeing projects you might have.
