Description of Work: James came out and measured my windows, figured p the cost and gave me the estimate on the spot, then took the measurements back to the shop and custom made the screens. It took about two weeks. When James came back and installed the screens, he made sure that I knew how he had stabilized the screens on my oversized windows in the event that I should ever need to remove them for some reason in the future. He was punctual, professional, personable and polite. I would certainly use them again and will recommend them to other people looking to place or replace screens on their homes.

Description of Work: They replaced screens (to include frames). I brought screens with holes in them--they said they can replace the entire screen in two weeks. I brought in about a dozen, and they were all completed on time, and are proudly hanging in my windows. Would definitely use them again. The price was right too!

Description of Work: Replaced the torn screen on a very large and heavy 1948 oak screen door. Replaced the old screen with bronze screening in three sections with very old and fragile trim. Superb work, superb price and the nicest and most professional people you could ask for.

Description of Work: They screened in our back patio. Javier and the gentleman that helped him were friendly, professional and great to work with. They gave us a time they would be there and they were. The work was completed as they said it would be and when we had a minor problem a few weeks ago we called them and he came promptly and fixed it. Description of Work: We had six screens repaired or remade. We took the old screens to Hansen's and they worked with them. The new screens fit just great.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me a bid on the work. I did not elect to have the work done at that time. When I did call them back to ask for the work to be done, I was told that they were very busy at that time, and would contact me about doing the work after Christmas. It is now March 24th and I never heard from them again. I ranked the professionalism as B because when they did come to the house to give a bid, they were very professional and prompt. Perhaps if I had been ready to move on it immediately, it would have been a better experience.

Description of Work: My screen was pickud up, repaired, and delivered the same day. They did a supurb job of repairing the screen. They were courteous s and extremely helpful.. If I ever needed any further screen repairs I would only want to use them.
