Everything went well.

I think they did a good job overall. I can't really say I have a complaint on their quality of work although I have say I was not too happy about pricing, because they charged me more at the end than what we had agreed at the estimate. Another matter which I did not like was the fact that the work had to be done in 3 days and they took a whole week, so I would not recommend them.

I think that they did a wonderful job. I intend on calling them again if I need any work taken care of around my house. They do a very professional job. They were on time and did a great job cleaning up when they were through. I am enjoying my new bookcases very much and I think they are a lovely addition to my living room.

The Handyman Connection did a high quality job. They really paid attention and got the items fixed like I wanted. They were excellent and I am very pleased with the work.

He called to let us knew he would be there on time. He came in and introduced himself, looked over the work requested, and filled out paperwork for guaranteed cost. We discussed the job and he went to purchase needed supplies. He returned and went to work on the hot water heater. When he pulled it out the bottom came off and was rusted out. He tried to not make a mess, but it was impossible. I appreciated him letting me cleaned the area and dry it out before putting new heater back. I was a very cramped area and he did a great job not causing any more damage. He repaired the cold water faucet for the washer during the drying time on the water heater. After he completed all work on the heater, he started on the kitchen faucet. It was discovered that the sink had been installed with the faucet attached and the washer was between the wood of the cabinet and the sink. He had to cut out more of the cabinet wood to get to the faucet. He kept me informed at all times.

Very well. The workers were courteous and seemed very knowledgeable of their work.

A representative came at agreed-upon time and was friendly enough, seemed knowledgeable. We were startled at the estimate of over $800, which was several hundred over the other two estimates we'd received. All those who gave estimates including Handyman Connection agreed that work would take about one day (we provide all materials). Felt that he was trying to rip us off.

Workman arrived on time, measured the space, checked the weight of the cabinet. I then left the room to check with my plumber in another room and when I returned it was hung perfectly!

Workman arrived on time after he had called to confirm that he was on his way. He looked over the job and left to go to Home Depot to get the necessary parts. He quickly returned and replaced the faucet and drain, leaving my bathroom just as he found it.

Plumber Ulysses Colon installed the new toilet without problem. But the loose toilet presented a challenge, as the flange was broken. Ulysses worked late into the night on a Friday getting the right parts and re-attaching the commode. He was neat and courteous and cleaned up afterward, leaving us with two perfectly functioning toilets.

Mr. Ortega was very precise and professional. He arrived on time and worked for 2.5 days to get the work completed. This included repairing the space where a built-in medicine cabinet used to be. It looks like the cabinet was never there! We are very pleased with the work that was done and would use this company again for future projects.

I have used them in the past, they call when they are coming or when they can not come. They send me coupons for future work. They ask for my feedback on the work done. They are prompt and polite very professional.

John was on time, very polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he would do and what he would need to do the next day. He cleaned up after every visit. We are very satisfied with the work done and would call them again if the need arises.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. Edward was on time and did a great job.

I can't rate their prices, because I didn't have any other estimates. They did offer discounts.

The work was excellent. The serviceman was excellent. The price was high I thought, but I'm very happy with the results.

The plumber was on time, fast, polite, friendly, and most importantly, competent. I think the company is probably a little expensive compared to other methods, but I may be incorrect. It was worth it to me after my previous bad experience with another plumber.

Since he was already working on my door, he went ahead and installed a doggy door that I had purchased. He did this free or charge and even gave me tips on painting as I had just purchased my first home. Very friendly and I will definitely use them again.

It took a few days to go through the system. This company is very service oriented, but somewhat slow. The work is guaranteed. The person who did the work was very professional, careful, reasonably quick, clean, & unobstrusive. Went with me to the hardware store to buy the correct pieces needed to do the job. He only did electrical work. I had to repair the holes in the plaster board where the old lights had been. I was expecting a handyman who would do the whole job. He only did electrical, nothing else. I would have had to hire another person to do the wall repair work. Fortunately I was able to do it myself.

They were both exemplary experience. It has always been satisfactory. I have never had an issue with them.

I think everything has turned out to be fine. The rods are in place. They are very useful to me. I thought that the workers were great. It was actually a man and a woman who came out. They worked very well together. They did not leave a mess behind when they did the installation. I do not feel that they could have done anything else to improve the quality of work. They were very experienced, very helpful and I am very pleased with the outcome.

My home needed some repair work from some previous renters and Handyman Connections did some work for us. Their work is very good. They are professional and punctual, but I felt they were over priced in their charges. The bathroom needed some new safety rails and it only took a short time to do the work. The bill seemed a little high on this job and a few other jobs as well. I will probably call them again as they do nice work and I am not capable of doing much in the home repair work.

Handyman Connection did a very unsatisfactory job for me. I was very displeased with my experience with them. For such a simple project that I wanted done, this turned out to be a time I would rather forget. They did get the things installed in the right places, so the fit was horrible. They tried to remedy the situation, but they still didn't get it right. I just gave up on them. I don't know if it was just pure incompetence or if they just didn't care. I know I wouldn't use their services again.

Handyman Connection provided us with an excellent experience. The work done was really nice and the shelves are very sturdy and solid. It only took a day for them to do it and they cleaned up all of the wood and mess. The crew was nice and we appreciated their workmanship even on a small project.
