Perfect. Rep was professional, friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable. I also took advantage of a promotion when the ceiling fan was installed. It was a complete home electrical inspection that would have cost approximate 250.00. I paid zero. That was a great promotion. I couldnt be happier. I now am enjoying my new ceiling fan in my recently painted bedroom. Thank you "Good Electric LTD" for the promotion and a great job!!

Though the did a good job, I found the prices they quoted for other work to be high. I eventually used another contractor to install a ceiling fan they claimed would cost $700 because they needed a lift, and it would require extensive rewiring. The next contractor, a licensed electrician, did the work for $150.00, used no lift, and I was able to propose a much simpler way to wire.

Terry the Good Electrical tech was very persistence and tested fans, light switches and finally found the problem by going into the attic.Terry went above and beyond my expectations in finding the electrical problem and fixing it.This is the second time i have used Good Electrical and will continue using them for my electrical problems.

Terry did a great job. He was very professional.

The workers were very nice. They turned out to be really really good and I have no complaints about them. They called afterwards asking how we felt about the services that were done. They were very thorough. I have nothing bad to say about them at all. The work took a day and a half.

Scheduler Debbie efficiently and pleasantly set up a time for our appointment and told us the service fee would be cut in half. Great! Electrician Rafael called 30 min. prior to let us know he was on his way and showed up promptly with his helper, Brett, both of them neat and professional. When my husband asked for their licenses, both men readily provided this information. We had considered having another issue addressed but due to cost vs. use (attic light), decided not to have that issue addressed for now. Rafael fully explained what was needed and after we agreed with his cost estimate, he and Brett quickly went about their work. They were careful to wear shoe covers while inside the house and cleaned up after they were finished. Rafael also provided expert advice on future considerations and answered all questions about replacing light switches and receptacles if we decide to have that work completed. He also gave us hand outs on smoke alarm safety, a company newsletter , "The Electric Circuit", and a CPS newsletter and attachment re: circuit interrupters. Both men were very professional. Also, it gave us peace of mind knowing that Good Electric drug tests and conducts criminal background checks on their staff according to their website. I rated them a "B" for price but truthfully, not knowing the going rate for similar work by other companies, their price may have been quite fair. None the less, I'd recommend Good Electric to anyone needing quality electrical work!

Great. Very friendly and offered great advice and understanding of how to gauge the lighting process.

The experience wasn't very good. They just did not have anyone experienced come and give an estimate. They could not even give a good estimate on a small job. I did not get an estimate.

I really liked them. I think their technician they sent was very knowledgeable and very willing to share what he was doing. We had another one that was kind of loose. I felt like he wasn't trying to get as much money as he could out of us. There was one and he said if it was my money I wouldn't do it right now, but I'll leave you a bid so that if you want to call back in the future you don't have to go through paying the $10 service fee. I felt like they were really honest. I felt like he was really knowledgeable. He was quick. I really felt comfortable with him. I think it was something you could do for yourself, but we needed it to be by an electrician in case the house burns down. I'm going to give them an A on everything except for money and even then they were so good I would call them back. That isn't something that is going to deter me from calling.

Excellent start to finish from initial call for appointment to job completion. Courteous, pleasant reception and prompt appointment. Called approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived promptly on time, quickly evaluated and diagnosed problems, expertly repaired both defective items, cleaned up the work areas, gave full briefing and running commentary on procedures and useful tips for owners' benefit.

I had a ceiling fan installed, and two switches (kitchen light and fan light) changed to dimmer switches. The fan light dimmer switch was put in, and then a remote was found with the fan. The electrician left the remote as the only power source for the fan/dimmer instead of the dimmer switch I had installed. The problem was he still installed the dimmer switch. I paid to have a dead switch installed in my house, and they left the fan switch dead as well. Having two dead switches I called them and asked them to come back. They charged me again to have the dimmer switch installed the way I had originally requested! I felt very taken advantage of because they left me in a spot where I either paid twice to get what I wanted originally or was stuck with a switch I paid for but could not use. I will never use them again, and have been explaining this story to every friend I have moving into the city (military, very transient). I expressed my displeasure to Aaron the electrician, and he was very friendly and understood my frustration, but said there was nothing he could do in terms of charging me. I will look elsewhere for an electrician on the job I have coming up.

Contacted us right away to setup an appointment and were able to come out in just a couple days time. Right on time and did great work.

I am very pleased with this company. Ran into a couple of issues, so there were a couple of different electricians that came out, All employees were exceptional! Nice, Professional, Courteous, and yet still down to earth. A little pricey, but tolerable if I'm comfortable with the employees and the work performed.

They were professional and did a good job. The price reflected the amount of work that was required for the project. I would have appreciated a better job cleaning up afterwards, but it wasn't a significant problem.

The service performed by the two technicians was excellent. The two gentlemen were professional and addressed each issue with ease and efficiency. I will do future business with Good Electric and recommend there services.

They were good. I like them. For me, I think they are very generic on the price for like labor, they didn’t take into account that my dad already a ceiling fan, they had to change something but they charged me for the ceiling fan. They didn’t taken it into consideration.

I assumed it was the outlet. Terry and Mikey came and checked the GFCI outlet. They explained it was the heater, not the outlet. There was no charge for coming out! They found the outlet in good working condition but they gave me an estimate just in case I need them in the future. I have used them time and again over the years and they have never let me down. It had been warm, so I didn't need to use the heater, but when it got cold again the same problem happened. Terry came back on the 20th of December and had to replace the fuse. Everything is working great, now!

It turned out fine. I had some more work done.

The technician promptly took care of the problem...nothing more, nothing less...just what I expected.

Did not have parts, but referred a vendor that worked on lamps.

Terry and his assistant showed up a little late due to complications on an earlier job. I was contacted by the company and was told of the delay, so it was no problem. The two men showed up when I was told to expect them. We discussed the job and the problem. Terry told me what the cost would be after the Angie's list discount. I was fine with that. The men went to work and the job was finished in less than an hour. The wiring problem was fixed and my new light installed. It was great both men were very knowledgeable and professional. I would call on them for any future electrical work without reservation.
