Joel arrived on time and took case of my lighting issues in several rooms. Customer Service is great.

Good Electric dispatched a technician to replace a breaker. The tech (Paul) was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the repair. Response time was also exceptionally fast. I like the fact that the repair was done in one day (because it was the a/c breaker) other businesses wanted to schedule the repair in 1 to 3 days. I thought it was a little expensive but I have not paid for a repair in a long time so I am assuming it was the industry going rate. I needed the repair ASAP and they delivered. I would rehire Good Electric in the future because of the speedy response and repair also because of the professional, friendly and knowledgeable tech. The lady answering the phone at Good Electric was also very nice.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the work and customer service Good Electric had to offer. I hired them to install new lighting fixtures in our building. Their electricians said the lighting could not be installed in the space provided and I would have to buy all new lighting. I called the store where we bought the fixtures, and their electrician came out and installed the lights with no problem. Weeks later, Good Electric sent an invoice charging me an arm and a leg for an ATTEMPT to install the lights. I called Good Electric many times to speak to Mike the manger, but he was never available. I finally talked to him today. My goal was to understand why he charged me so much and why I was told the job couldn't be done. He said he ASSUMES the work that was done from the other company is not up to code. He said I don't have time for this, and I do not want to discuss this anymore. I told him I was very disappointed in the customer service he is providing, and he said I don't have time for this, I won't charge you for our attempt if that's what you are wanting. Then he just hung up. I just wanted to discuss the reason he charged me for an attempt and if he felt like this was fair. He was rude and disrespectful, and I do not recommend using this company.

Good Electric gave me a phone quote to install a light fixture, sight unseen. Booked next-day appointment. The 2 electricians gave onsite inspection and quoted cost. Price was significantly higher due to the complexity. One electrician, Zacq, pointed out smudges on brand new light fixture before it was hung, thus giving me the opportunity to clean it. Overall, the installation took longer than expected - installation of brace box to support hanging light fixture. Good job. Reliable. Great service.

Excellent! David and his coworker are amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even made a trip to a store to get exactly what was needed to replace our fixture. They were extremely concerned about the quality of their work and the appearance of the end result. They are the best people we have had work here. Thank you both again!

We have used Good Electric before. Everyone was very friendly, starting with their scheduler Debbie. The technicians, Terry and Greg were great. They were punctual and very friendly. Most importantly, they were very knowledgeable. We suspected there was an issue with a GFCI outlet. They quickly determined the problem and fixed the bad GFCI outlet, which proved to be the fix for other outlets not working. Lastly, I felt the price for the work performed was very reasonable.

Very happy with the service. A little pricey but I didn’t have a chance to get other bids so they may be in range. They were the first to respond & came out that same day. The work was completed quickly the following day and everything looks very neat and professional. Would definitely recommend.

The crew arrived on time and were very conscious due to COVID-19. They dutifully checked each item necessary to get the house ready to sell, correcting the specific items I addressed. The apprentice diagnosed an errant inoperative electrical outlet to a septic pump circuit which saved a lot of time and modifications to the house. All-in-all very happy with the work, quite shocked at the price...even WITH the discounts for Angie's List...for example he charged $127 to swap out a $28.00 smoke detector...not an install, but simply a "turn the unit, unplug it and replace it"...the mount and wiring were already there. He initially began to charge an additional $149 to "do an electrical inspection" which I did not need so after some discussion abstained from that. Were it NOT for the exorbitant price, I'd definitely use them again.

Very well, Terry was thoroughly professional to the point that I asked him for a proposal for additional repair work. He provided a very reasonable estimate. Terry also took the time to sit down and explain the results of his review and to provide pointers on other electrical issues; he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and posted Good Electric's card on my fusebox for future work.
