Dear [member name removed], We are very sorry to hear your light is no longer working. We provided and replaced a ballast on October 7, 2015 and installed lamps you provided. You signed that you were satisfied with our work. Your review was the only notice we received that your light was not working. In the future for faster service you may wish to call us directly at 210-820-0220. We have a 2 year labor and material warranty. Since your lamps are not under warranty, I suggest you try changing the lamps first to avoid a charge for having us replace lamps you provided. If the fixture still does not work after you replace your lamps, please call us and we will promptly return at your convenience and identify the problem. If it is the the ballast, we will replace it at no charge. There is also a possibility of a switch or wiring failure being the problem. What ever the problem is, we can certainly find and fix it.
