We were troubleshooting some issues with an outdoor system and wanted to look at the outlet. The contractor quickly identified the problem and helped get it replaced. To save us money, he referred us to the coupon on Angie's List that was active at the time. Great job!

Additional cost added that I wasn't expecting. Plus they didn't make it during scheduled time, late to arrive.

Scheduling was easy and the electrician, Ronny, called about a half hour beforehand to let us know he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He gave us several options to choose from in order to obtain the result we wanted and provided the price for each option before work was started. We were very happy with the results as well as the warranty on the work, and he cleaned up the entire area before he left. We will definitely be using this company again for any future electrical work.

Rafael and his co-worker arrived timely and were extremely professional. They explained the work effort and answered all of my questions before they began. Rafael even guided me to a discount on the Angie's List website that I was able to use immediately. The job was performed efficiently and well under the time estimate I was given. They also made sure to confirm that everything was working properly before they left. I will definitely be contacting Good Electric again.

Ronnie and apprentice were fabulous. Arrived early but called to be sure it was OK. All work performed professionally and courteously. They even had to have someone bring the right color switch because they did not have Almond on their truck There was no extra charge. Excellent professional service. Would definitely use them again.

Good Electric did an excellent job repairing our kitchen lighting. Ronny was prompt, courteous and friendly. He quickly troubleshot the problem, and then replaced the "ballast" devices within our three fluorescent light fixtures that were causing the lights to flicker and burn out prematurely. He also replaced some of the receptacles where the bulbs attached since they were also faulty. Ronny made sure the lights were working properly, and he cleaned up everything before he left. An unexpected twist was that the new light diffusers / panels we purchased from Home Depot (which we thought would be a "standard" size to fit into our ceiling opening) turned out not to fit into the ceiling rails since they were about an inch too short and would fall out of the railing. We didn't know where to go to get a different size panel, and Good Electric's home office was able to refer us to a specialist in town who could custom-cut the diffuser panels to the size we needed for our ceiling lights. Wow!! They went above and beyond our expectations to help us find what we needed. We were VERY pleased with this service call and will definitely use Good Electric again in the future for our electrical needs. Thanks!

Techs were very informative, professional and excellent technical skills. Turned out the outlet had a on/off switch. Never had a clue that a dishwasher outlet would have a switch lol. Tech turned on the switch and it started working. Fixed in five minutes. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Fair prices, quick and professional services and arrived on time.

It turned out fine. The whole bill was $119 and the remainder, I have on credit, for any further work by Good Electric. It was a pretty good deal. They didn't charge anything more. I've used Good Electric several times and they've done well each time. He mounted the light switch upside down. It has always been the same technician and he has been fairly professional. He is expeditious and he is accurate. I didn't tell him that the switch would turn up upside down because that was a third switch in a triage. So, it would require a three-way switch. I didn't tell him that the one way he was working on is the upside down switch instead of right side up switch. So, it wasn't really his fault I guess.

Then another problem appeared when we starting experiencing lights dimming and power loss while using your kitchen appliances. I called Good Electric to report the problem, a technician called back shortly and said what was done previously could not have been the cause of the new problem, then said they"ll send the tech. back to investigate and disconnect the dryer line to see if it was the cause. Dryer line was disconnected but the problem inside continued. After a thorough checking of the main circuit breaker, it was explained that the problem was with the main power line and that CPS should be called to confirm the problem. I called CPS the same day and the 40 + yr main line was replaced. It was found the line was corroded and in need of replacement. The line replacement fixed our internal electrical problems, but still no dryer line. Though one problem was fixed, I paid $99 for $198 worth of work plus an extra another $97.50 to expose the latter problem, but still waiting on CPS for the dryer line problem. The experience was positive but, in the end I'll listen to what need to be done to repair the problems, and get bids for the job. Possibly looking at $2000 to install a proper circuit for my dryer.

I bought one of your deals 198 dollars worth of work for 99. I picked the next day for how soon I wanted them to come out cause I didn't think they would be able to schedule sooner but they had someone there a few hours after I bought the deal. An electrician named Ronny came out. Checked what else was on the circuit and gave me advice on options and a ball park figure how much each would cost. He put in a new ground fault outlet and cover on the outside of my shed. The work was fast and he gave me a warranty on the work. I had seen another deal doing the exact work from another company for the price I would have paid without the deal so I am happy with the price. It went very well.

Ronny and Joseph came to do the electric work that we needed to replace fluorescent lighting in the kitchen by installing new track lighting, installing a chandelier in the dining room, and taking out a ceiling fan and cutting off the power that was run to it. I had bought a coupon for two hours of electrical work, however the work was much more extensive than what the coupon allowed for and Ronny gave me a quote. Personally, I thought that the quote was very high, $2100 to install five lights, however 4 1/2 hours later when it was all finished, I understood why it was so high. Ronny and Joseph were very professional, were meticulous about getting the track lighting aimed just right and make a great comedy team. They did a great job cleaning up the mess after they were finished. I will definitely have them back for more work (I just have to save up)

it went well but way too expensive and to make it worse, I was told it will cost even more and no discount when I became repeat customer to use them for a second time. I told them it is a poor business idea not to reward and appreciate repeat customer

Honestly I set aside $800 to have this hot tub spa connected with the 240V box I provided purchased with the spa. At the end of the day Good Electric LTD very professionally wired and connected the spa to the tune of $3115. Citing the I needed a new outdoor main utility box and multi-rod grounding system to get the spa up and running. I was stunned by the price quoted but the thought to delay installation of the spa which I sacrificed and saved for and curtail the needed hydrotherapy lead my decision to proceed with the job. The four men who worked this project were professional and courteous to me. I am unsure if I paid too much for the service provided or if all recommended work was applied at the prevailing rates for similar work in this market but they worked the whole a day in a efficient manner. Even though $3115 price tag of this project I thought would cost under $1000 will tug a my budget for awhile Good Electric LTD did a good job overall. Hopefully I didn't overpay and got a fair and reasonable price for the service rendered.

I've used this service provider in the past and liked their service. Electrician Ronny is always nice and arrived on time with an assistant. They've replaced the LED lights in my trees in the past and both had gone out this time. With some tinkering, they were able to get one of the two lights to work. They didn't have the LED's I use on their truck so I ran over to Lowe's to get a box of 2. They replaced one of the bulbs and I was concerned that because both bulbs were the same age, the other would burn out soon and voice this to Ronny. He said it would be wasteful to replace the other now since it works (I hire them because I don't want to climb the ladder to reach the bulbs). The bulbs are controlled by a photo-electric switch and that night, only one came on (they're in the same fixture). I called Debbie (she's very nice) the next day (11/24/15) in their office and explained the situation and she said she'd try to have Ronny come back out. He came out and replaced the other bulb and charged us for another visit (I was at work and wasn't there to negotiate). I called Debbie back the next day and explained that because I thought both bulbs should have been replaced initially (but they recommended against it), I shouldn't be charged for a second visit. She relayed my thoughts to their service manager who basically said "tough" and he wouldn't make any concessions. I told her that I thought this was unfair for a repeat customer like myself. At any rate, because of the service manager who's focused totally on that famous bottom line and not on customer satisfaction, I will not use them again.

They charged me quite a bit more than that $99. I am going to say maybe another $200 or so. And all they were going to do is that, take down the old ceiling fans and put new ceiling fans up there. That is all they were supposed to do so I thought that was a little bit on the high side. The experience was okay, it is just the price was more than I had thought it would be. I would suggest, better price expectation and not in the sense that low balling somebody, but it just didn't sound like... at least to me, that it was that big of a job, that it would be another $200 on top of the Big Deal. The pricing was the one that I had problems with. I did not have a problem with the quality. They were pretty responsive. I would ask a lot of questions before I use them. I want to have better expectation of price instead of...if I were to use them I would ask them a lot of questions next time.
