The guys were true professionals, and very knowledgeable. I will use Good Electric again, and I highly recommend them.

It went great. The foyer light was a very tall room and the scaffolding did not fit so they used a very tall ladder. It looks perfect. They installed all the lights in just a few hours . I am very pleased with their work. I will use them again. They were easy to work with and Terry made sure I was happy with all the work.

I had a delay from the time I purchased the Angie's coupon until I was scheduled for someone to come out to do the service. They worked with me to ensure the appointment was right for everyone. The service technician, Terry, called to provide ETA and showed up right on time. He immediately put his booties over his shoes and asked to see the items. He was very professional; he allowed me to explain what we were hoping to get done. He communicated with us in explaining exactly what details were involved with the work that needed to be done. He wasted no time in getting the work done. We are 100% satisfied with everything about this Service Technician and the company.

It went very well! The work ended up being different than we thought it would be, however, the problem has been resolved! Both electricians that came over were courteous, respectful and very responsive. Discovering amazing companies, such as this, was the reason I joined Angie's List. Would definitely recommend!

He was very quick and kind. He recommended everything that would give me the most bang for my buck. He was courteous and very honest. He was very generous and upfront about prices. He helped me with a light fixture in my bedroom that I couldn't reach, I'm not tall enough and I don't have a ladder but he changed the bulb out for me at no extra charge. He wouldn't take any money for it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else in the San Antonio area.

I bought a special, $99 for $199 worth of work. They changed a fixture and some bulbs in a fixture that i couldn't reach... leaving me with a $40 credit for the future. Then came out a couple of months later to change out a different outdoor fixture. Because of the special there was no dispatch fee for either job and I simply paid the $49 balance for the second job. They did a great job even offered the alternative of repairing the old fixture if I wanted to save the price of a new fixture. Both times they were prompt, efficient, neat and courteous.

It was pretty good. There is one socket that I've not been able to get them to come back out and fix yet. I've called them a couple of times but other than that, it went well. They fixed what they were supposed to. If they don't respond, I won't use them again.

Service went very well as usual. Terry came out with his new apprentice Michael (I believe that is his name) . Terry is always professional and tells me the straight info that I need. He gives his professional opinion on how things will look/work. for instance the foyer light that I purchased, he said although the fixture is beautiful it would not work due to the fact that it would hang to low and if someone came in the house over 6'2" it would hit them in the head LOL. He gave me the measurements for the type of fixture that I should look for , hung the old fixture back up and told me to call him when I am ready with the new light fixture. I have used Good Electric in past and will continue to use them.

The two man crew were polite, timely and finished the work quickly. They answered any and all questions that I had and did a quality job. This is the second time that I have used Good Electric and I plan to use them again the next time I need and Electrician.

The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He checked and fixed GFI plug in garage and provided excellent advice on how to protect exterior plugs from moisture.

They were very thorough with what they would do and asked various times if I had any questions. They took to the time to explain impacts of decisions I was making and confirm I understood and wanted to proceed. They were very professional and left with everything completely clean and in good order.

They were extremely honest. They did not offer do anything I didn't need. They found a problem that 4 other electricians did not find! He found it right away and didn't charge. They're really great company!

Electricians were punctual, highly professional, and qualified. The chandelier was installed on a twenty feet ceiling and wasn't an easy install. The work was checked for any errors and they had to come back in after clean up to replace a bulb that burned out before they left. I will use them again for any electrical needs.

Good Electric's response to our electrical needs was excellent in every respect. In fact, we can not think of any way in which it could have been better! It was simply a pleasure doing business with them from the initial contact with their office staff right thru to the completion of the challenging job, requiring both an incisive analysis of the failure points/reason in the previous mountings and an insightful/creative strategy to efficiently modify the mountings to correct those issues. After being provided a very complete discussion of those issues involved and a clear description of the modifications made to rectify the defects in the original mounting, we have complete confidence in the safety of the revised mounting. The company's response was outstanding: acknowledging the safety concern involved, the dispatcher scheduled the service for the next morning, Josh and his helper then showed up exactly as scheduled, providing a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance of their arrival. Given the time required to work out an appropriate plan of work, the necessity of working on quite heavy fixtures from considerable heights, the fact that seven separate fixtures were accessed and modified, and the quality of the work done, we feel the charges made were more than reasonable. Not only do we ourselves intend to employ Good Electric's services again in the near future, we recommend them to others without reservation.

The provider was on time, friendly and did the work quickly. He replaced several outlets, one of which was outside. He brought the outside switch up to code. He also gave me a quote on future work that I'm thinking about. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use Good Electric again.

We previously posted a very negative review. However, after some investigation, reflection and grace, we opted to email the president of the company, Larry Good. After a nice phone conversation with him, throughout which he listened intently, we came to a very nice resolution. My husband and I agreed the work had been done, so we withdrew our request for a refund. In the end, it was a series of miscommunications that caused all of our issues to escalate. Mr. Good took ownership of those miscommunications, apologized for our frustrating experience, calmly explained where it had all gone wrong, and inquired to be sure our issue had been resolved. We learned that Good Electric does not want customers to go away unhappy, and for the most part, they have pretty happy customers. They are committed to excellence, and they do strive for that. Everyone has a bad day. To be clear, we did not ask for, nor did we receive a refund. We did however, request an apology from those responsible for the bad customer service we were extended, and it came. Not only from the president, Larry Good, but from Amos, the service manager. In the end, calm, rational communication prevailed. We will give Good Electric another opportunity to do business.
