Good Electric

Two people arrived and attempted to up-sell the work to 7x what I had already paid. The workers wanted to do significant rewiring of bath electrical circuit on top of installing the fixture rather than just install the fixture as requested.

Very well. Didn't have to hire this company based on the issues uncovered, but glad to know the electrician was extremely knowledgable, ethical and honest throughout the process.

The technician was personable, explained everything to me before he started working and gave me a quote. Once I approved it he got to work and fixed it. If I ever have any electric issues again, Good Electric will be the one I call.

Excellent experience from first phone call to completed work! Terry and Brett were our technicians. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest and did not pressure us to do anything extra. They easily converted the hard wiring for us to a plug for a range and did a very thorough inspection and diagnosis of an exterior lighting issue that we hope to fix soon using them again. The customer service from Karen and Debbie in the office was also excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrician services. Prices were reasonable.

Repairman listed like a physician would to the electrical symptoms, and that led to discovering where a lose wire might be. Seemed like an inexpensive repair, so I thought the cost was a little high.

It went pretty well. They were on time. They did what was needed. They were very courteous. They were very efficient in doing the job. They did good work.

I would use them again and suggest to others.

WOW! This is customer service at its best. From my first phone call to ask questions to my interaction with the technician, Terry, in my home it was obvious that the training and customer service inherent in the people working for Good Electric is top notch. Definitely worth what, in my opinion, was a very fair price.

Good Electric provided me with a list of supplies needed to properly hang the fixture, and they installed it once all the supplies were obtained.

Terry called to let me know he was on the way. Terry, Andretti (and Debbie in the office) are all courteous and professional. Two fluorescent bulbs in my kitchen light fixture were not staying on or coming on. Terry diagnosed the problem and checked on the warranty of the ballasts. He replaced the two ballasts along with four new bulbs at no charge. I have used Good Electric several times in the past and highly recommend this electric company.

I was very pleased with the two service providers who showed up to perform the work. They were very knowledgeable about their work and pleasant to talk with. They patiently answered all of my questions.

The technician and the apprentice with him were two of the most professional and respectful people I've encountered. They were very punctual and gave me a 30 min courtesy call prior to arriving. They wore shoe covers while in the house. The cost was a little more than I was expecting based on experience at our previous home in Maryland but I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Well when I booked the appointment I told them I would do the 8 to 10am block. I asked though if they could make sure to tell the repair man that 10am is the time I need them here. Well because of another job before me they didnt get here til 245pm! When they got here I was quoted a MUCH higher price to fix things then the person over the phone told me. Once we got the price cleared with managers back at office the work seemed to go smooth. That is until the light fix i bought at home depot didnt work. I live 8 minutes from a home depot and asked if i could run out and get a new one. They then told me that they had to go to another appointment so they left and told me to book another appointment instead. I was VERY ****** off because when I called to make another appointment for them to come back it wouldn't be until days later!!!!!! Why couldn't they wait 10 minutes for me to get a new light fix and finish the job???? Now i have no bathroom light and will have to book another 4 hour block spread appointment time!!!!! I will never use this service again!!!!!!

Team was very professional. Coupon was well worth the price. I think their initial pricing is a bit high but I would pay it, especially with a coupon because they are response, fast and professional and do a great job.

The Electrician who came was very efficient, courteous, and respectful. It was worth the money spent. I would not hesitate to call on Good Electric if and when I need electrical repairs.

They arrived when they said they would they were polite and professional and we will use them again.

Company rep came out but suggested that I needed to get a home evaluation first before repairs got done. This would cost me $200. So basicly I used up my coupon. Then I was given evaluation and estimate for repair was over $12,000 which was way over other estimates I had received. I didn't go with this company and felt that I wasted my money.
