There were quite a few things that had to be redone. The expectation is that the homeowner do an inspection of the house to make sure that the work performed is up to standard. I work for home. I was trying to move around the house to keep working as they were continuing to clean. At one point, I left my office to allow them to clean it while I took a call from the second floor. Exactly 10 minutes later, one of the service providers came upstairs to tell me that they were done and needed their payment. I went back downstairs, gave them their check, but was not able to do the walk-thru of my house. I informed them that I needed to get back on the phone and asked if someone would be back to do the walk thru with me or what I needed to do. The crew left my home and told me to call the office with any issues. Once I was able to go through my house, I identified issues and contacted their office to let them know. They were able to redirect the cleaning crew and they did come back on the same day to touch up the areas that were not cleaned properly. Nicole, the owner's daughter came back with the crew and I walked them around the house to show them what I found to be unsatisfactory. They did touch up all the areas. However, once Nicole left, one of the service providers actually had the nerve to tell me that it is not convenient for them to come back to my house to touch up those areas that were not cleaned well! I think that is very unprofessional! Overall, Nicole, the owner's daughter, is pleasant and nice to deal with, but the cleaning team does not represent their company in the best light.

Gimme a Break did such a good job of cleaning my home that I've decided to hire them to return to my home once a month. I've found I can do a good job of keeping my home clean on a weekly basis, but Gimme a Break does that thorough cleaning I need on a monthly basis. I highly recommend them - punctual, honest, upbeat, and willing to go the extra mile to please.

A BUSY SIGNAL? What reputable business has a busy signal for 30 minutes on a Thursday at 10a? That's lost business!

I have been using Marty's service for 6 years and refer them to friends as often as I can. Marty's ladies are always very thorough and if we ever have any questions or concerns, Marty is right on top of it. I trust her crew completely inside our house and look forward to our regularly schedule every-other Thursday visit because I know the house will sparkle.

Have been using GAB for about a year and have no problems at all. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the cleaning process. Price seems a bit high for my particular situation but overall I'm satisfied.

This is a regularly scheduled monthly service. They always come on time in the morning with 2 clean ladies who spend 1.5-2 hrs inside.

We rate we were quoted was very good. The cleaner was running late because a prior job ran later than expected, but she called to let me know. She did a very good job, despite the fact that our house is hard to clean (lots of dog hair).

As always, the cleaning ladies arrived promptly when expected and got right to work. They are effricient, well trained, pleasant, have all the equipment and supplies necessary with them, and do excellent work. That is the reason I have them come every week. I would hate to go back to some of the cleaning services I have used in the past!

I was VERY pleased with the services performed by Gimme A Break! I was unable to stay while they cleaned my house, but when I got home, it felt like I was walking into a whole new house! It smelled and looked AMAZING! They payed great attention to detail, and made sure to address the main areas I asked them to focus on. I will definitely be using them again.

I use them every two weeks and they are prompt, do a good job, and excellent with communication. They are local, bonded, and insured. Our neighbor referred us to them and the work is excellent. It is a good price and it is amazing at what they get done. It is worth the money because they get so much done that it frees me up and it gives me the weekend to myself. They go above what they need to do. I have used them for years without any problems.

They are wonderful. I had been with him for a couple of years, so I found them on my own. My house is 3800 square feet and they cleaned it top to bottom and cleaned the chairs and stuff like that. They are very, very good. They are very conscientious about what they are doing. They are very careful with what they do. Their goals are excellent. They are very nice. I trust them completely and totally when I am not home. One time my son lost his key and they were going to go to the house and open up the house for him and this was at 11 o’clock at night. I would recommend them to everybody.

In general, their scheduling is great. Because it is a service, it is not in schedules, and so I never have problems with them; not being where they are supposed to be or when they are supposed to be there. In general, I think they do a good job as anybody. I would use them again in the future.
