We damaged our door one evening (backed into it). The next morning we called for service. The owner of the business came out immediately and had it replaced within two hours. He and his team were very professional and his pricing was excellent

Pace did a great job and provided excellent service. He was quick to respond to my initial phone call, informative, and did not try to sell me on anything more than I needed. He arrived on time, in fact early which was great. I would and will definitely recommend his services to my friends.

These guys are a Godsend we have never met more honest guys. My wife asked if they did any other work because we would hire them for everything. Our door sounds and works like never before and their price was the most fair. We really thank these guys from the bottom of our hearts as we had a lot of trouble with this door. Spring broke on Friday after 5pm. Contacted Garage Door Repair Co. and immediately responded they could come Monday. Website stated cost for spring repair was $199 and that was the cost after the work was completed. Someone showed up on time and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. They even oiled the garage door to eliminate the loud noise when the garage door closed. Will definitely use again for any future garage door needs. Highly recommend!

Went very well. Pace and Kevin arrived exactly on time and professionally replaced our garage door opener with a chain drive Linear branded 3/4 HP Model LC075 (light commercial/residential duty) unit. It is quieter and more powerful than our original screw drive Genie branded unit. Our Genie was opening the door ok, but the security light built in to it was delayed coming on & cutting off. Pace did pry out the light bulb contact but the light kit still only worked intermittently leaving only option to replace the circuit board (which has the light relay built onto it. Since our original Genie was 24.5 years old, the replacement circuit board is no longer manufactured or sold. Thus, if we wanted the assurance that the security light would work consistently for my wife, we had to replace the old Genie. We are very pleased with all the friendly, professional advice and service provided by Garage Door Repair Company of San Antonio (i.e., Pace & Kevin). I would highly recommend this company and their employees. Earlier this week our other garage door spring broke trapping my car in the garage-Garage Door Repair Company (Pace) came out the same morning we called and replaced my garage door spring freeing my car.

Went very well. pace ordered a new door and kept us informed on the expected delivery date and the installation date. We were extremely please with the professionalism and friendliness. He did not try to up sell us something we did not need. Our neighbor came and now will be using this company for a new garage door.

We called and left msg. Pace returned call at 1 p.m., said he'd be out around 2:30. He was slightly delayed on a job, and called promptly at 2:30 to let us know. Told us everything he was doing and why, very educational. We're very impressed and appreciate his promptness. Hollywood-Crawford, whom we've used in the past, was not available until FOUR days later. We'd definitely use him again and think he deserves an A+ rating. Thank you to him and Angie's List.

Pace was very professional and not try to sell you anything you don't need and would only charge you what is needed. He actually offered to lower the price when he got here because the work is not as complicated he thought it should be. Spent time with the customer and explain everything and how to maintain the garage door.

I could not have asked for a better experience and I am always paranoid about using someone new.

From start to finish, Garage Door Repair Co. was just great. They returned my initial call within 20 minutes and the job was complete by lunch time. Less than 3 1/2 hours from first contact to job complete. The actual work took less than an hour to perform and Pace was very professional and cordial throughout. Cost was also very reasonable. Would highly recommend them for any garage door work.

Saturday morning the tension spring in my garage door broke after 12 years of service. I contacted Garage Door Repair via the web and within a couple of hours they contacted me back. We scheduled a service call for Monday between 9 and 10 am. Mr. Lindner arrived on time and replaced the broken spring in less than an hour. He was professional and courteous. I'd be glad to use this provider in the future.

Replaced unit on garage door, they did an okay job, They made an assessment which I agreed was correct and they replaced the parts.

I called the company around 7:40 in the morning and left a message. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the company. They were able to give me a firm quote over the phone and said they could be over at 11 am. They were a little later than 11, but considering we were not originally on the schedule, we were very happy that they were able to take care of us the same day.

Sent this company a message through Angie's List on Sunday asking for a quote and availability to repair a broken spring on our garage door. Not expecting a response until normal business hours on Monday I did not check my messages until Monday morning. Surprisingly, this company responded on Sunday evening with a quote and advice that they may be able to work me in around noon Monday. I accepted the quote and a technician showed up shortly after noon to make the repair. The repair was done quickly and professionally and the technician was courteous and friendly the entire time he was here. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness and will not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise.

Pace came out the same day I called. He was very professional, and explained everything as he went. He did not try to sell me an all new opener. He was able to undo the mess my husband and I had made when trying to fix it ourselves. He took his time and really knows his stuff. Excellent service!

They were awesome! They listened to what I had to say, got right to work, and were done quickly. I was given a quick tour of the new system and all of my questions were answered. The new door opener works perfectly and I am very happy with this company!

It was alright. There was no additional cost. Their speed was good. There were no main dislikes. I have no issues. They replaced it when I wasn’t here.

Friendly, fast and efficient. I know nothing about garage door openers except when I push a button, I expect it to open. I now know a little more than I did before :)
