Kevin, an employee of Garage Door Repair Co. was punctual and very professional when he came to our home to provide an estimate to remove our existing garage door and replace it with a new steel / insulated door. The pricing was very reasonable and in only a few weeks the new door was ready for installation. Kevin and Kolten, both employees of Garage Door Repair Co., installed the new door in an efficient and timely manner. Great, called the Garage Door Repair Company and talked with the dispatcher, said that they could get a technician out to my house in an hour and a half. Kevin, the garage door technician came and assessed the problem quickly and started work immediately. He found another problem and fixed it at a super-reasonable cost. The experience was AWESOME!!!!. Kolten was prompt and professional. The spring was replaced promptly and he brought to my attention. That my other rollers were inefficient. I didn't have the uneasy feeling of an up sell. Only a true concern for my satisfaction. I had new rollers installed, and saw how bad the old rollers condition was. Thank you! GDR scheduled next day service and beat me to the house. Kevin and crew were polite, punctual and fast. It was just over an hour for the change out and configuration. I have used them in the past and will use them again as needed.

I've used this company for years with complete satifaction. Today, I was trapped in my garage because of a broken spring. I called at 9:30 a.m. and, as promised, a technician appeared within the time promised, which was 11:30. The repair was done by Kevin and was done quickly and professionally. I was on my way to a 1 p.m. appointment that I made on time. As a bonus, I had both springs replaced at a big discount for getting both done. An outstanding company.
