A contractor working at a friends house suggested this company. We called and Kevin came out the next day. Straightened things out. Replaced only what needed to be replaced and got us back in business quickly. So glad we now have a Garage door company we can count on.

Job was done in a timely manner and Kevin went beyond the job and tightened some loose bolts and screws that were holding our door together. He also greased up the tracks and both doors glide so smoothly now.

Outstanding! Kolten was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He fixed the problem, suggested making other preventive maintenance repairs - which I did, and installed an exterior remote control. I was able to receive same day service when I called. One of my 4 springs was broken and all 4 needed to be replaced. Kevin immediately replaced the old springs. After the springs were replaced the opener no longer worked, and Kevin let me know up front that was a possibility. The unit we had was too small for our 500lb custom overlay garage door so Pace and Kevin presented two models that were most appropriate to support the weight of our door. The opener was replaced the next day along with the wall unit, two remotes, a keypad, and wifi enabled app technology that's friendly with Amazon Echo. We were so pleased with the attention to detail, the explanations provided by Pace and our technician-Kevin, and the speed in which they were able to get everything done.
