GARAGE DOOR REPAIR CO

I first phoned company and received a prompt return phone call. Appointment was set up for the following day after receiving and over the phone ballpark estimate of the repair. Service provider arrived as scheduled and completed the repair in a timely manner while being very social and explaining what he was doing. The experience was very good. Price and quality of service get two thumbs up!!!

I had backed my car into my garage door before it opened completely thereby partially tearing the rubber padding at the bottom. Mr. Lindner promptly returned my call the day after x-mas. After assessing the damage done on my garage door, he returned 2 days later to repair the door. He took extra time to oil the track and smoothly replaced the part. I thought his price is reasonable. will definitely use Irvin again.

It went very well overall. I thought I would need a new garage door, but Mr. Lindner explained that I could just get the motor with new remotes, and not have to go to the expense of installing a complete new door system. He was right on time both to check out the door, and to install the new motor. He did an excellent job and made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving. I would definitely use Mr. Lindner for any furthur work needed on my garage door.

The gentleman was prompt. He got the job done and cleaned up. I would use them in the future.

I really lucked out. I called, Irvin answered, had time to come out today and fixed it in such a short time. It was amazing. He really knows about garage doors. It I ever have garage door problems again, I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

From start to finish. Mr. Lindner took my initial call, set the appointment, called to let me know he was on his way and did the repair himself. Great personality and very professional. Others wanted much much more for work to be done after two visits. Customer for life.

Irvin showed up at agreed upon time range. It turned out that the indoor lock had somehow been engaged. Although nothing was actually broken, I will use this company again should the door require repairs in the future. I paid the flat service call fee.

We have used him several times before. He is on Angie's List and he has a great rating. He is super honest and super great at getting back. He doesn't ever do anything that's not required. He is very, very reliable. He is always good about coming back, and he doesn't charge for it.

They also had to add something to my garage door as the car remote was not working. Their price wasn't bad at all. I was actually expecting to pay a little more. I was happy with the job. The quality of the work was great. I haven't had any issues so far.

Mr Lindner came right away. He knew immediately what the problem was, and he fixed it. He was very pleasant, and his bill was not excessive. I definitely recommend his service.

My garage door stopped working and I called to see if anyone could come out to work on it after I got off work. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and said even though it's after hours he would still be able to make it out to my house. He came and looked at the garage door and realizedd he didn't have that size spring on him so he told me he would get the part and come back the next day at the same time. He was very punctual and his repair was successful. I have not had any problems since.

Cable on one of my 1963 wooden garage doors had broken about 2 years ago. The door would still work fine with electric opener, but started closing at an angle. Do I fix the problem, or is it just time for 2 new doors? Read reports on Angie's list and liked what I saw on this company. Called Mr. Lindner on a Saturday morning to set up a weekday appointment to get an estimate. Described what the problem was and he told me that he was on a job at the moment, but could come by this afternoon to see what was needed. All that needed to be done was a new cable, do some adjusting on both springs and he assured me that this old door would close properly and be just fine. Stated that as long as he was here he could do the work right now if we wanted and no extra Saturday cost. (Let's see -around $1,000. for 2 new doors, or $65. to repair 1 limping door - DONE DEAL - LET'S GET STARTED!!!) Mr. Lindner had it repaired before I knew it and got the old door to look young again. During our conversation, found out that he has a long history working on garage doors, and because of his knowledge - I would not hesitate to use Garage Door Repair again!

I am very please with the service and the way in which he did the job. Will call him again when he have garage door issues.

I found them on Angie’s List. They were great. I called them after hours and the guy called me back. He set an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time. He asked me before he got here so he had the parts on the truck. He did a good job and everything is perfect. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Irvin promptly returned my telephone message. He came to my house soon after I talked to him on the telephone. He did the work I requested, and I am very happy with the service. His price was very reasonable, and he was very nice and professional. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

He was good and on time. He had to go get a part so he went, got it and came back. He was prompt and did the job the same day.

It was good old fashioned service. He came out, fixed what needed to be done, and charged a very reasonable price.

I had a time issue and when Mr Lindner returned my call, he came in a few minutes to accomodate me. He was fast, responsive, and professional. Was on-site within an hour of initial call. Made a quick permanment repair, resolving the problem in a few minutes. Mr Lindner is a treasure. I am very much pleased and highlty recommend him for future work.

They came over to my house and looked in to see what type of door I needed. They did an estimate. It was nice that the gentleman offered me various options so that I could choose the best I wanted; he offered to put two panels on if necessary, although I would have had to paint them. He had it all done one morning. I did check a couple of other places, and their price was good compared to the others. I probably would use them again in the future.

I called Irvin at 5:00 PM and received a call back first thing the next morning. He explained he had been on the phone until 9:00 pm or he would have returned my call the same day. I described to him that the garage door would not open and he said he sounded like a broken spring. Irvin said he could come out that same afternoon after he completed another job in the morning. Irvin arrived that as he said he would and comfirmed the problem was a broken spring that needed to be replaced. He had a replacement spring in his truck so he was able to replace the spring on ths spot. It took him just over an hour to remove the broken spring and put the new one on. I found Irvin be very knowledgable and friendly. After finishing the spring replacement he also adjusted the chain tension to keep the door from catching as it opened. I thought Irvin did a terrific job and I am very happy with his quality of work.

We were having a problem with our garage door "sticking" when it is in the down position and making an unbelievably loud noise as the garage door opener tried to lift the door. We called Garage Door Repair Co. and Irv was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. When our house was built about 8 years ago, the painters painted the inside of the rubber seal and over time because of the friction between that seal and the garage door, the paint broke down and became like glue. He suggested a short-term fix of spraying WD-40 all around the inside of the seal -- it worked! Since we wanted a longer term fix, we had Irv come out and replace the rubber seal on the sides of the garage. He was punctual, very reasoably priced, and he fixed our problem.

My wife called and received an estimate over the phone. The price to purchase garage doors from them was slightly higher than the price we could purchase them from Costco, and they were more than happy to allow us to purchase our own. The owner was very kind and personable, and friendly. The workers were courteous and professional, and the job was done to our satisfaction in good time. Irvin came the next day to collect the money and inspect the work, and was pleased with the transaction. We love Angie's list, and love this company.
