When we placed the order, we requested doors with windows in the top section. When our provider picked up the new doors from the distributor, the doors arrived without windows. They offered to install without the window units and come back when the window sections were available free of charge. When the new sections with windows arrived, in about two weeks, they returned to install the window units...all turned out great. They refused any payment till the job was complete and we were happy.

Excellent. They were on time and on top of everything. I am totally satisfied with the speed and efficiency. The new door is outstanding, smoothly operating and we went over any care/maintenance I could do on a routine basis.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was great. They did an excellent job. We paid extra and they let us do both garage doors. They were polite, nice and courteous. They didn't hassle me.

I had a different company quote me approximately $400 to replace the door. I assumed the door needed to be replaced because of that but wanted a second quote. Garage Door Repair Company took a look, quoted me 90 dollars to install a brace accross the top and fixed it as soon as I authorized the repair.

I called Pace early morning on May 1st and he got right back with me. Set up an appointment for between 3-4, Pace and Irvin showed up at about 3:15. I had thought only my cables had fallen off, but turns out I had a broken spring. Pace and Irvin went right to work and replaced the spring and re-attached cables in about 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were timely, professional, and hard working. I would definitely use Garage Door Repair for future jobs.

When I phoned Garage Door Repair Company, Pace even tried to save me some money by telling me how to resolve my issue by myself. I did choose to have him come to my home and I'm glad I did. There was beeping and signage informing me of a low backup battery. It turned out that the battery was a little difficult to remove as it was put in backwards. After talking to Pace, I decided to remove it rather than replace because of the cost. Not only did Pace correct something else done at the time of installation, he tightened up and lubed things, too. He also was very informative as he pointed out another thing in my garage that was not door related. Garage Door Repair Company definitely gets my recommendation!

The service was excellent, and affordable. The technician showed me exactly what was wrong with the gear assembly and explained that it was common for them to wear out after 10 years (our opener is around 12 years old). The price was very affordable and we are happy to have it working again. The only negative I have is he was 30 minutes late for the appointment.

The service was extremely responsive, thorough and professional. They quickly installed a new keypad entry system for my garage door openers and then inspected both garage doors and the openers. They were extremely knowledgeable and I was very impressed with their quality of their services. I have been very happy with the new keypad it works perfectly.

We had insulation installed on door and it was having a difficult time going up. The service person diagnosed problem and did corrective service. We also purchased the neatest remote keypad entry system. Several neighbors ask for their contact information.

Called Garage Door Repair Co. about 10am Friday morning and they just happened to be in the neighborhood later that day. They were at my house by 115p and had my door back on track and even performed some preventive maintenance on some other pieces that were quick. My door is now quieter than it was before. The worker's name was Pace and he was very courteous and professional. He even gave me a few tips of how to prolong some of the parts on the door. I would Definitely recommend to anybody I know needing this type of service.

They came out as scheduled and fixed the problem on the overhead track. They also lubed the door, adjusted the tracks and the lock bar. The tenant called me to say that they were there and also to let me know that they had informed him that I was quoted incorrectly-the bill was actually less. They took the time to explainto the tenant possible future concerns and instructed him on how to fix the problems. Apparently the owner (Mr. Lindner) also came out to see how the work was being done. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service and the professionalism and friendliness of the entire company. I would definelty use them again and recommend them as well.

My husband dealt more with them. I think they made one appointment and then they were not able to make it. I think they are a small company. Our situation is a little different because we have very old wood garage doors which they don't make anymore. So there really wasn't much he could do. But he never followed though with anything. So we never really got any service because of our garage doors. He did not seem to be very reliable.

The workmanship and personal experience were top notch. I highly recommend using this company and we will definitely use them again. I contacted the company on a Thursday and discussed the size of our door and the problem we were having. We have a custom home and it appears it has a custom spring based on the garage door size. Payne offered to come out the next morning before his other calls to measure the spring and have it made if they didn't carry it. He arrived promptly at the time agreed upon, measured the spring and said it would have to be custom made. He said it would cost more because it was not a standard spring. I understood and agreed with the cost. The plan was to for him to take the measurements to someone who can custom make the spring during the day and then Payne would install it after he finished his other calls. He arrived at our house at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. His boss happened to have the spring so he didn't have to have it custom made. We ran into a snag when he realized the spring was not the right size. He had already taken the old spring off and we would have to wait until sometime Monday to get the correct one installed. After a quick discussion of the possibilities, Payne offered to install two regular sized springs at no additional cost. He quickly and skillfully replaced the springs in approximately 30 minutes. He sprayed the rollers and hinges also. He even assisted with our other garage door and adjusted it so it wouldn't rub at the top of the door frame as well as adjusted the door opener. He did all this extra work without charging for it (an hour's worth). He was very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him and will recommend him to our friends and family. It's hard to trust companies because so many of them try to upsale and install items you don't need. This company is the best I have worked with. He made two trips to our house and did additional work at no extra charge.

I thought the garage door opener was in pretty bad shape. It would not open or close correctly. It would close part way and then reverse it's direction and completely open like it was sensing something in the way, but there wasn't. It wasn't opening correctly either, it would open part way and then reverse and go completely closed. The opener was also very loud. We moved into our house about 6 years ago and the garage door opener was loud then, I thought it was just the way that brand of opener sounded. I had an appointment for 9:00 and received a phone call about 8:30 from Pace (the technician) informing me that a mistake had been made and that two appointments had been scheduled for the same time. He said he would come to my house after he completed the work on the other appointment on the other side of town. I told him that would not be a problem. He arrived about 30 minutes past the original scheduled time, apologized and then started working on my door. I showed him how it was working and he said that he thought it just needed a good lubrication and hopefully that would be it. When he had finished I told him the opener would not stay closed, the white plastic lens would flop open. He then checked it out and said the screws were the wrong size so he replaced them. When all work was completed, the door was opening and closing as it should and I was amazed how quite the opener was working. Pace explained what he was doing every step of the way. I told him that I had used WD-40 on the rollers but that it didn't do any good. He explained to me that that product was useful for lots of things, but not for garage door rollers because of the silicone in the product. I was very pleased with the work that was done. I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost of the job because I failed to get an estimate and considering all the work he performed, I was expecting a larger bill. Pace was very knowledgable and a pleasant man. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that is having a problem with their garage door and opener.
