If you are looking for an honest company and great workmanship then hire GARAGE DOOR REPAIR CO. I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Pace came out on the 15th of Nov.2013 and told him just about everything that was wrong with the garage door. He said to save you money he can just repair the door but after looking at all the repairs that needed done, I decided to go ahead and just replace it because I also wanted to upgrade to an insulated door. I called Pace to tell him I was going with an other garage door company and with that said he still took time to educate me with the different types of doors and openers to look for. Well I went ahead and had Pace do the job and I was definitely happy with his work. From the strut to the reinforcement brackets, the trims, and the opener, his workmanship is outstanding!!!! Thanks Pace.

Pace is the best! Don't waste time going elsewhere. He was able to find my control panel and repair unit. he also lubed all doors, reprogrammed all units, and even programmed my vehicles. He is very honest, professional, and was on time.

Called right at closing and did not get an answer, but was pleasantly surprised when they called back later that evening. Irvin came out the next day and explained exactly what was going on with the garage doors and how to prevent the same problem in the future. They will be coming back to install a key pad as well. Will definitely use them as necessary in the future.

I was impressed on how quickly he came out. He was very professional, concerned , qualified, gave advice on what to do in the future and his service and price was very reasonable. I chose him because of another review that said " he gives it to you straight"..very honest which I too appreciate!

My wife and I can't say enough about Irwin who showed the utmost professionalism with a great sense of humor for us that works. Our service request was to get the garage door working again manually without using the motor which has been broken for years. Irwin was upfront and honest told us he needed to rewind the spring and attach the cables, quoted us $65.00 and had our garage door opening and closing in no time. We asked if he could take a look at our Motor and without hesitation did confirming we would need a new one but did not pressure to buy. Called about 1:30 pm today. Irvin called back within 30 minutes and arrived about 3:30. Went right to work and finished installing the new spring about 4:00 pm. The work was done quickly and well and Irvin gave me some good advice on other work needed for my opener. All went well and in very good time. Irvin was very helpful, courteous, and competent. We got along very well.

I had an old (1986) garage door opener that finally died, and some minor issues with my other garage door. Based on reviews found on "Angie's List" I selected "Garage Door Repair Company", and I was not disappointed. Pace and his father-in-law came out the next day and did preventive maintenance checks and services on both garage doors. Ended up replacing the old opener, as well as the sensors on my other door. All remote controls were cross linked. Very professional and expedient service. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. He was at my house within 15 minutes of calling him, looked at it and said he could fix it for the price of the service call. I immediately agreed and he had it fully operational again within 30-45 minutes. Very professional, courteous and most importantly doesn't try to up sell or bait and switch. I will absolutely call Pace again for any garage door repair needs.

He was honest and down to earth. He did a good job of explaining what he did and did not try and over charge me. He got the work done in a timely manner.

They were good. I think it was an additional $75 for the keypad and remote. They came out some time in September. They were very knowledgeable. They have been doing this for a while. They were very honest. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. I would use them again.

I was so pleased with the service!! Downright friendly! Identified the broken hinge immediately, advised the cost and immediately began replacement. Identified the 2nd doors wire disconnected and reconnected for me. I am going to recommend them to my neighbors. They are also looking into replacing some of the worn out rubber along the bottom of the doors for me. Our plumber is also from Angie's list and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!

We just moved into our home and completely broke out door. It was bent, off track and hanging on by one side of the coil. I called 3 companies. One ( who put in the door) wanted $40 just to come to my house, the 3rd came out and told me I needed the WHOLE thing replaced for $900. The garage door repair men came out and really inspected the door to see the cheapest fix. They installed additional hardware so we wouldn't have the same issue. They were friendly and professional and AFORADABLE.... Unlike the other company who claimed they were. I can not give these guys enough praise! I'm a customer for life.

It went fine. Came at appointed time and completed work others said would require a new door because the rollers are not easy to find. Don't recall the exact date or cost of the job.

I was in urgent need of a repair for a garage door opener for a property that I manage. I contacted Pace on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment with him on the same day. He was prompt, professional and affordable. He is very knowledgeable in his expertise. I will definitely use their services again! I have since referred the company to our property management team for future service calls and repairs.

Pace Talley, repairman, was very polite and explained every thing he was doing as he was doing it. After repair was made he lubricated and adjusted springs and rollers and a slightly out of shape door track. I was extremely pleased with this service and will recommend Garage Door Repair to all my aquaintences.

Like I said above, I thought there was a major problem with my garage gate and Mr. Lindner did not agree and did not even want to charge me, but I insisted.

He pointed out that the existing opener was undersized and not very durable. Three weeks later the opener failed. I called him responded the next day, at my request. He reset the opener. He told me that was a symptom. I told him when it failed again I would replace it. One week later he returned to replace the opener. He and his helper were prompt, courteous and professional.

Fast and friendly service! I called around 8:30am and they were at my house the same day by about 1:30pm. Pace explained what caused our problem and how to avoid it in the future.

As we arrived home late Sunday night and attempted to use our remote to enter our Garage,we noticed that the door was jammed and would not lift up.Since that is our main source of entering our home we found ourselves locked out.We finally gained entry to our home after hours of being locked out.Being a stickler for keeping my truck in the garage at all times,I hated leaving it outside.So Monday morning I contacted Garage Door Co.and was advised they would be out promptly,which they were awesome!
