Description of Work: Called late morning and they arrived at my home around 3:30 pm. My garage door sensors were working intermittently and door would close sometimes, but refuse to close other times, so it was difficult to assess. I was told problem was probably sensors, but no guarantee that it would fix issue. We opted for new sensors and problem was solved. Repair man also did yearly maintenance on door, tightened door spring and moved sensor brackets that weren't installed properly to begin with. He told me to call back if still having issues, but door works great. Highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Repaired two (2) broken tension springs, complete readjustment and alignment of garage door opener, remounted header bracket, oiled door.

Description of Work: Excellent service. The technician Pace was punctual, friendly and thorough. The sensors were misaligned so the door would not close properly. Pace moved the sensors, adjusted the spring and replaced the light bulbs in the opener.
