My new windows are extremely high quality, attractive and easy to maintain and clean. The install crew showed up right on time and performed their work in a very professional manner. The removal of my old windows was very labor intensive, but I heard absolutely no complaining from anyone on the crew. The work was done very quickly and professionally. The crew performing the work was very courteous and neat. The cleanup during and after the job was perfect! I have seen no debris missed! Very impressive! I no longer have breezes wafting through my home when the wind is blowing outside! My home is much quieter and my heating and cooling systems do not run nearly as much as they did in the past! The temperature inside is much more uniform as well! A pleasurable experience from start to finish! Everything I was promised was delivered right on time and exactly as I was told it would be! My expectations were exceeded at every step of the entire process! I highly recommend Energyone and Alside Windows DO: Consider this company for your window replacement/upgrade! Don't: Make a purchase without looking at this product!

We were visited one day by a sales representative from Energy One at our home. I typically turn down anyone trying to sell me something at my doorstep but we did really need new windows so I figured I would hear her out. She explained a bit about their windows but then basically set up a follow-on meeting for me to have with the sales manager in a few days. Michael came by our home a few nights later and had about a 45 minute discussion with us on whether or not to make the upgrade. The thing I enjoyed most about our conversation was how little pressure was applied for us to make this purchase. The conversation we had was very informative in every aspect - how the windows worked, what made them different/better, the professionalism of their install team, financing options, etc. He ran no approaches on us but did offer how other companies in this market will run their approaches and try to pressure people or manipulate their way into a sale. At any point I could have said no and he would have respected that. I felt that was very important to describe as that sort of pressure probably deters people from hearing out salesmen of this nature. From the sales agreement to installation took about 7 weeks (the windows are made to order). The crew arrived and was complete in about 6 hours, installing 10 of the 16 windows. The sales manager came by to check on the progress and our satisfaction which was nice. He also came by one week later to check the windows again for quality installation and make sure we had no issues. The windows are awesome - they are expensive but you do get quality with this brand. They are flexible and friendly, working with us to pay for and install the first ten of our windows and we will call them later to come back and do the remaining six. This was the best way we could afford to do the whole house. I imagine they will work with smaller numbers of windows at a time as well so you don't have to take out a loan or finance if you don't want to.
