Energy One was completely professional from the initial call all the way through the install and follow up.

Installers were on time, very professional and cleaned up everything. The windows made more of a dramatic difference than I anticipated. Very good company from the salespeople to the installers. I was concerned this was a lot of money for windows, but they drastically changed the look of the house inside and out. Should help big time for resale.

They were good. They just did what they said they were going to do, and the first guy that ever came out was very thorough and winsome. Everything went well, I had a one window that wouldn't close very well and they came out and worked on that, so it sounds like they're going to be available if I need them. I'd probably would use them again, just because the windows aren't perfect, I think there's a couple that don't totally shut easily, but in general, I'm quite happy with them.

The Enery One marketing team approached me on my front porch. I was skeptical and ready to dismiss them. I am very glad that I did not. We now have awesome new windows! The whole process went quite smoothly for us from the product selection and measuring to installation. Our old windows were of low quality. They were flimsy, leaky and non-functional. Our new Energy One windows are sturdy and functional. We no longer feel cold drafts blowing in between the window sections. They are easy to open and close and clean. The installers were polite and professional. They installed all 17 windows in one day. I would definitely recommend Energy One.

The salesmen were very convincing and very nice. They demonstrate the product well. They sold us on the product, and on the discount that they promised us. But, before any work had been done, before they had fabricated anything, we had second thoughts. But since it was after the three days grace period, they held us to the contract. This has lowered our opinion of their company and their business tactics. The windows were installed well, the workmen were professional, the product works well. All in all we do not feel that they have failed to deliver in any way. One window was damaged in shipping, they have promised to replace. It hasn't happened yet. I signed an agreement not to disclose the price I paid. Therefore I cannot tell the approximate cost of my installation.

Great company to work with. The sales people demonstrated all aspects of the window (they brought a sample) and were not pushy in any way. They made recommendations and listened to our preferences. After we agreed to the purchase, a crew came out to (re-) measure the windows for production. Once the windows were delivered, we set an appointment (in the hopes it would not rain) and the installation crew started working. Mr. Houston was the installation crew contact and he is awesome. All of them were very courteous and friendly and certainly hard working. They had to come back the next day to finish the job (due to some delay in getting the old windows out) and Houston adjusted his schedule to make sure I was available. - I also have NEVER experienced such clean working contractors - they cleaned up after they finished each window, vacuumed and were very respectful of our belongings - inside and outside of the house. Again - great company.

All the employee's that we dealt with were a pleasure to do business with. I would do business with them again anytime. The installers were didn't waste anytime getting a beautiful job done. 25 windows and 1 set of doors replaced in 8 hours. Amazing!!! Thank you Energy One!

They did a very good job and were efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. I liked them.

We are delighted with our very high quality triple pane windows. The former annoying outside noises are gone. The installers were professional and very tidy during and following the jobs. We also replaced the 30+ year old sliding door with a high quality double pane sliding door from Energy One. The salesman was a total delight! We felt like family by the time we were finished. They were very quick to come back to tend to a small detail several months after the install. Could not be happier. This is a quality company that is very careful about who works for them!

They were great. Very helpful in explaining their services and showing the quality of the product in the initial meeting. I agreed to use their organization and they measured my windows two separate times to insure accuracy. They they estimated the time to make the windows accurately and were back to install. They did an excellent job of installing the windows and doors. All i met were very polite, professional and kept me informed at all steps in the process. There were 2 things that needed to be replaced as a result of shipping and they did that as well. I am totally satisfied with my windows and proudly recommend the company and their product. A great experience. My house is totally quiet now that I have triple paned windows, what a relief. Also, the ac seems to run less frequently, however i haven't gotten my first CPS bill so don't yet know the impact on the cost of energy now.

Love, love, love the windows from Energy One. The sales and install team did an incredible job. The install team was always totally professional and exceeded my expectations as they replaced all the windows and sliding glass doors. The work site was left spotless upon completion and I couldn?t be happier with the results. I can already tell the difference the new triple pane (double-hung) windows are making as my AC is not running as long in this 95+ July heat wave. I would highly recommend Energy One as a preferred vendor for anyone serious about replacing their windows to achieve energy conservation.

Total satisfaction and an amazing product .... Energyone made good on its claims; a high quality product and great service. I could not be happier with my energy efficient and nose reduction windows.

It went extremely well. They canvassed our neighborhood a few months ago with the offer of upgrading our outdated single pane windows to a new more energy efficient triple pane model they offered. In exchange for the marketing opportunity in our subdivision, they would cover the cost of installation. We had thought about updating our windows but weren't seriously looking when they came knocking on our door. Their sales pitch was very convincing, we were a bit hesitant at first but decided to go through with the purchase. After meeting with them we did some comparison shopping and found that their quotes of their competitors to be relatively spot on. The information that they had provided in retrospect was indisputable. They measured all our windows, 23 in all, of various shapes and sizes. We have a number of custom arched windows that were difficult to design. Justin gave us a number of suggestions of how to combine some windows and reconfigure a few others to lower our cost even more. If there was any hiccup, it appeared to be on the manufacturers end. It did take approximately 3 weeks longer to get the windows in than we were originally expecting. Installation took 3 days just as promised. The installers were very polite and courteous, going above expectations in many ways. Their warranties appear to be above industry standards. It is too early to see energy savings, but our home already feels cooler and quieter. I would happily go through this experience again and be glad to work with them again given the need.

The company themselves have been fantastic but the supplier of the windows have has been problematic. Energy One has been fantastic working with me replacing windows that did not come in the right way. Sometimes you have to put the window up and start looking at it. They put it up and start finding errors that are from the manufacturer. I've had nothing but success from Energy One. They have stood right behind me in trying to work with me and the manufacturer to get the product right. They have told me that I'm pretty well known in the company for the problems that we're having and that we've been having so many of them is really pretty bizarre. I would work with them again in a heartbeat just because I know that they have a good product when the quality control is good and they have been excellent in that. We started in June and right now we've done about 22 windows and right now, all the windows were put in very quickly the first round and then I found problems and I let them know and they fixed them. We've got one window yet that needs to be replaced. It's still an ongoing process. The price really depends on what kind of windows you get and how many you get. I had a couple of companies come out and show me their product. They were always very helpful and their install team is one of the best. I would tell anybody to work with Energy One. I think you get what you pay for.

I had my reservations, especially after reading the blogs about Energy One, but I finally realized it's not about the nationwide company, it's about the guys running the local office. I can honestly say I have no regrets in having them out to do this work. The office here in San Antonio is top-notch. From start to finish, they were up front and honest, no games, no fluff. Yes, the overall project was expensive, but the difference was noticeable immediately and well worth it. They worked with us on our financing, holding our deposit before charging it while we worked our on obtaining our own private financing. When we went to closing at the title company, Michael met us there for the contractor requirements and followed through with everything promised. The day of install, Houston and his crew showed up and got right to work. These guys were good. Professionals. I watched and followed them as they worked, and I was very pleased with the job they did. Day and a half install time, clean up was great, and I couldn't be happier. Kristen stopped by toward the end of the second day to check in, which is nice to see the personal service for a change. To top it off, the following day Michael stopped by just to look things over and make sure we were happy with everything. I really like the fact that I knew the people working in my home (installers and mgr/sales) instead of having one of a dozen rotating workers who may be on that day from one of the warehouse home stores (Home Depot or Lowes). If you're shopping around for windows, do yourself a favor and just give Zephyr and Michael a chance. As for the product, instant change in the house environment, too. The one window which is in my stairwell, and was always my "hot spot" in the afternoon, was amazingly cool to the touch the very next day, after being blasted with direct Texas sun for more than 4 hours in the afternoon. Great product, great company, great service!

Their approach to business is different from others - they come to you saying that you have the perfect house for them to put windows in and thus advertise to your neighbors. They say they will put in the windows costing you only the cost of the materials and no installation cost. We listened to their sales pitch one afternoon - about two hours worth - then they came to a price of windows at $19,400. They wanted an answer pretty quickly, and we agreed that we would talk about it, and they would call us back by 2 pm the next day. Never heard back from them. I did some extensive research on them that evening, and from what I can tell, this is their entire way of doing business - everyone who gets windows from them has the perfect house for them to use for advertisement - I could not find anyone who actually went to them and purchased windows the more standard way. I also found from my research that the window they use seems to be a solid product, although there is a lot of controversy out there about double versus triple pane windows and the need for them in San Antonio. The cost appears to be significantly more than from other providers, although people who have purchased the windows have seemed pleased with the product. From what I could tell from research, paying $1100 per window installed, which was essentially their price quote, is over and beyond what we need to spend for replacement windows. In the end, their way of presenting their product and the fact that they did not follow -up with a call as promised makes me suspicious and leery of doing business with this company. But again, we didn't have the install done, so I cannot speak to the final product.

Everything went well. I really love the windows. The only reason for giving a B and C on quality and responsiveness, is that my husband noticed that on one window, the frame was re-installed well. When he called, they said they would send someone to check it out but no one ever came. Other than that, I love the windows! They look great! It's so nice to be able to open all my windows now.

We were approached by the company to be one of their showcase homes. Nice spiele and demonstration by the rep who showed up. Very knowledgeable about not only their own products but also the competitors. We asked for a quote, was large but not as bad as we thought it was going to be considering we were replacing 21 windows. We asked to be given some time to think about it, lightly pressured to make immediate decision, and the rep said ok. Called us about 4 days later to let us know that he could get us financed at a very good rate. We applied, got accepted (Wells Fargo), and submitted our order. One of their reps came about a week later for accurate measurements and he was super professional as well as personal. About 3 weeks later I was injured and we had to put everything off. They were understanding and kept our windows in storage for 3 months while everything resolved itself. Finally we contacted them, scheduled the install and waited. The same rep who performed the measurements was also the lead installer. Called us in advance to make sure everything was still good to go, asked how I was, and let us know that although they said we had to move everything away from the windows that they would assist as needed because of my condition. Showed up on the day of the install with a crew of 4 bright and early. As promised, they helped move a few of the items that were near the windows that I simply could not move. They proceed to unload and tear out old windows. Installed the new ones, sealed and insulated all of them, and cleaned up after themselves. All windows were done by that evening at 6pm. A few days later I noticed that one of the screens had a hole in it. I called them up and they came and repaired with no questions asked. Pros: Professional service Extra effort and personal consideration for myself Great windows The areas the worked in were cleaner when they left than when they started Super support after the install when I noticed a problem Cons: Price was higher than many of the competitors (but I believe I received what I paid for) I would definitely use them again here in San Antonio and I am planning on calling them to do our sunroom doors when I can pay outright for the doors and installation.

They took incorrect measurements, so the windows weren't flush with their frames. However, they redid all of the windows to my satisfaction. They also said I would receive a special price for allowing them to place their sign in my yard, but it seems they say this to all of their customers.

I was very happy with the installation and with the price I received. Furthermore, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the company.

The installers arrived on time and verified the window dimensions were correct before starting. They removed the existing windows without breaking the glass. They were very careful of the window trim and siding around the windows and careful to not trod on my plants and shrubs. The new windows were installed, insulated around the edges, and finished so that they look as if they have been there forever.Very well done.

Everything went well. They did a quality job with the installation, and we really like the look of the new windows. However, I feel that the salesman wasn't fully aware of all of the options for the windows, but this is a minor criticism.
