The salesman, Nick, allowed me the time required to make my purchase decision. The installers, Braxton, Jamie and Mike, completed the installation, clean-up and demonstration that all sliders worked; leaving me with minimal follow-up work to do (touch-up paint on hardie board siding/molding, vacuuming). I wish that contacting the front office was a bit easier; however, we were eventually able to make same day contact. I went with this company after interviewing Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears and Titan. I had considered aluminum windows (easily talked out of) and the Anderson Windows (too pricey). I will not post a price, because it varies with the number of windows, window design and materials (vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, compost). I would suggest having two window options in mind and getting at least three estimates on those two options. I research Consumer Report for window types; and Home Advisor and Angie's List for companies having quality installation and warranties.

1.The sales staff was knowledgeable and on time. 2. The date was set and there were no problems. 3. The work was completed on time and very fast. 4 The installers were very polite and helpful.

Energy Home Pros did a fantastic job on my new windows. The sales rep was very kind and took the time to explain all the products to us as well as walk us through the process from beginning to end. The installers that came out were just as great, they arrived on time, were very presentable and worked very efficiently. Between the sales representative and the installers I always felt very informed of what was going on and what the next steps were. The windows came out looking fabulous and the quality of work is excellent. I can already tell the difference in temperature in some of the rooms of my house. Overall this is a really great company and the experience was excellent, smooth, quick and great quality of work. I would use them again and would recommend others use them as well!

I have to say I was a little nervous spending so much money on upgrading my home, but it was worth every penny! First, I met with Nick who was very friendly and arrived the very minute our appointment was set for. He was very knowledgable about helping me make energy saving improvements and recommended products that saved me money even though the others available were more expensive. The men who showed up to do the windows and attic insulation were also very friendly and were very clean. I really appreciated that when they had to come back a second day they picked up their work area at the end of the day before they left. Nick checked in with me during the installation and afterwards to make sure I was happy. I really appreciate the work done by Energy Home Pros. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help saving on energy bills.
