Description of Work: I called Elite to repair a sprinkler pipe that had burst. The area they had to dig in was full of tree roots and very hard to get to....I had already tried. They dug up the pipe, repaired it and replaced the sprinkler head. They also conducted a system wide check and replaced sprinkers that were not functioning correctly. They were up front about the time needed and cost associated with the repairs. They showed up on time and were very polite and friendly. Great experience.

Description of Work: They performed a usual quarterly service and absolutely Excel in quality and professionalism. I will always use them.

Description of Work: They didn't do any thing for me. I called and was told by someone who answered the phone that said they were too busy to accept any new jobs. They wouldn't even give me a estimate. Seemed to get the attitude that I was bothering them!

Description of Work: I called and left message of what I needed (sod the backyard). They never returned my call. Obviously, just replacing sod was not enough. I would not call again. A return call was expected.
