Scheduled Elite for service on our irrigation system. Took a day off work to be home for the scheduled appointment, which they cancelled 90 prior because it had rained earlier that day (it stopped raining 4 hours prior to my appointment time) and they gave their employees the day off. Highly unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

I am always satisfied with the quality, price, and professionalism that Elite offers.

They were quite good. They weren't cheap. We use them for the twice a year clean up. They left the area clean when they were done.

Elite promptly and courteously responded to my query for service. Additionally, they called my brother, who is local to where the service is to be, and via Angie's List messaging service, to me. Sadly, the property which needs care is out of their service area.

Excellent. Came out when they said they would. Very well priced compared to other quotes received. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will continue to use them as our main lawn provider. I have used many companies in my area and by far this company has lived up to their reviews. Very impressed and thankful I found them.

I switched to Elite because I grew tired of incosistent billing and inconsistent service from another provider. They cost virtually the same, show up regularly on a planned day and easily handle extra requests for things like trimming or irrigation system repairs. I receive an email invoice monthly. Easy to work with, pleasant and the crew chief is great. They use all their own employees so you get great, consistent service.

They do an ok job. And I am hesitant to call them again.

They are fantastic, professional and honest. They do fabulous work and their communication is amazing. I am thoroughly impressed and I deal with a lot of contractors, so it takes a lot to impress me. They have very fair pricing and I would never hesitate to recommend them.

They seemed kind of expensive. They were very professional. They were here on time. They just seemed a little expensive otherwise it was a great prospect.

They are excellent. We haven't got the job done, but they did an excellent estimate. There are two different things going on with the frontyard and backyard. These are very detailed estimates, but it was $3,000 for the front and $3,000 for the back. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. They have examples of their work and the products that they would be using were all high grade quality stuff, so when we do it we are probably going to do it with them.

ELITE PROFESSIONAL LAWN & LANDSCAPING were fantastic. I will continue to use them, they do excellent work. They are there when they tell be they'll be there, they do what they say they're going to do. They leave me yard perfectly spotless, perfectly trimmed and looking like I wonderland. They do a fantastic job!

I think there should be an additional field on this list for companies that are too busy to handle new customers. I called to try and and have a sprinkler head moved and also wanted to try and get an estimate for landscaping work for my residential home. While the lady did call me back about 4 hours after I spoke to her she informed me that they were just too busy to handle my job. What a disappointment. Adding this would prevent others from wasting a call to a company that is too overwhelmed to handle new jobs.

Did not use them this time around.

Called and talked about what I think needed to be done and got some good advice. scheduled a visit and the crew arrived on time. Discussed What needed to be done and the type of sprinklers to be installed. They went to work and were done in about 2 hours. Also checked and repaired a sprinkler in the front yard. Did all the necessary adjustments and did an excellent job a clean up when they finished.

The lady I talked to said she needed to call the person in the field to see if they'd be able to do the work. Their profile says they do service San Antonio, TX. She called back several hours later saying that it wasn't feasible for them to service my location within San Antonio.

They were a little over priced, but did a good job.

Perhaps he does good work. If you're patient enough, maybe you'll find out. My patience has run out with this company.

I have used this company repeatedly and have never been disappointed! Their work is excellent. They are here when they say they are going to be here, do the work they say they're going to do and always leave me feeling like my backyard is a wonderland I can enjoy all the time. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done in a professional manner.

They never called me back or followed up with me.

Their pricing is competitive. Their after sales support is very good. I am comfortable with them. They gave us a two year warranty instead of one year.

The project went well. It only took a few days to complete. They installed the sprinkler components. They brought in some kind of little tractor to scrape and level out the part of the yard that had been messed up during a prior construction project. They brought in some top soil and sod. Then they laid out the beds and planted them with a variety of blooming plants and covered with mulch. They planted a row of hedges near the house and they laid the stone pathways. Communication with Robbie was always open and he was easy to work with. When I did not like the stones they brought they replaced them with no problems.

No work was performed, company did not return phone call.

Their price seems competitive in this area. They are in and out, and almost before I know that’s they are here they immediately go back to their job and they do it. They take care of the back alley, and do everything quite professionally. They come and do a good job and they are gone.

They did a good job. He answered the call and he came to do the job. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with him, but the work was great. He is a such a nice guy.

They were very professional. I ended up not using them, but they were fine for what they did. I would call them for another job in the future.
