D2 was punctual; did a great job on the door and cleaned up when done. Couldn't ask for more.

The end result was excellent. They had a problem initially in matching the stain outside to the inside, but they got it right. The door looks beautiful, just like the original finish. The technician had a problem re-installing the door hardware because he cross-threaded a bolt with a power screw driver, but the owner came out and fixed himself. They do good work and do it with pride. I would hire them again.

If there was a contest for the world's biggest skeptic, I'd win, or at least be a close second. My door is 42" wide, 8' tall, and solid oak. I had decided that there was no way I could remove the door myself and I certainly couldn't refinish the door in one day; I didn't think they could either. Well, I was wrong about them. The had the door off, cut, and sanded in about two hours. Two workers sanded for at least four hours on the door and side panels. During this time they stained and sealed the door then rehung it. I could not believe the difference. I have procrastinated for over a year on the door as I didn't know what to do (several problems). These folks know doors, know workmanship, and are totally professional. I will use them again.

They haven't completed the job but so far, I really like what they had done. They have to come back and do the hardware. I like the results so far. They door looks almost brand new. This company is a small company but they take pride in their work. Their price is also very reasonable.

D2 has it all: they were responsive, informative, prompt, provided good value for service, and on top of it all, were very nice people. My 20 year old front door and side light were looking pretty sad. Dwayne took good care of the beveled leaded glass inserts and completed the job in a timely manner. He also, at no extra charge, installed a new door handle and lock (which I had previously purchased). My neighbors have noticed the excellent improvement and I have certainly recommended this company to them. Of course I would use them again!

He sanded and painted the door. He did everything he said he would do and the door turned out beautifully. He arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and kept me informed throughout the process. He was professional and knows his craft very well. Most importantly, he also finished on time. Before any work was started, he gave me an exact timeline for the job and he met that timeline.

D2did a fantastic job! they were extremely flexible with our schedule on a weekend and showed up at the time they promised. Bryan Carrizales was informative from step 1 and walked us thru everything he planned to do that day. He kept my wife and I informed and presented several options on the final colors and suggested the color(s) that worked well with our brick on the house. They refinished a stained wood front door that was 15 years old and made it look like brand new. I was very impressed with the technician and the company. I will use them again and recommend them to all of my neighbors.

When you live in rural America like I do it is hard to find reliable, punctual and professional contractors. D2 Refinishing showed up as scheduled, their refinishers came totally prepared and ready to work. Approximately 8 hours later the work was done, clean-up completed and a wrap up discussion of the work explained in detail. D2 is not the cheapest refinisher you will find but the adage "you get what you pay for" couldn't be truerer. If you want to work with professionals who know what they are doing, give D2 a call.

They completed the work in one day. The door was done really nicely. They were friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. They were real down to earth and trustworthy. I would have them back to do work again for sure. They actually did my neighbors door and my door in the same month. I asked them if they could look at mine. They gave me a bid that day and schedule the appointment.
