2 maids arrived. The younger one did an excellent job. The older one did a poor job. My window blinds in kitchen, dining room and living room were still dirty as were the baseboards even though I specifically asked for them to be cleaned since I was going to repaint them. Wound up doing them myself. The company was unresponsive to my complaint and told me they were not sure who did my job even though I signed a form authorizing them to do the job. POOR performance and follow up. Too bad the good job the one girl did has to suffer for the lousy job done by the other and the lack of concern by their office.

2 ladies worked for 2-3 hours. they did what I asked them to do.

Great! So well that I have decided to hire them on a biweekly basis.

they clean exactly what you ask them to clean nothing more so make a list ahead of time so you don't forget to put an item on the clean list

The team that did my clean did an absolutely fantastic job. I have used a cleaning service for many years and I know what is typical - the dedicated level of commitment I saw today is not typical. After an initial walk through, they did not have to be directed, but took initiative, and did the work with great attention to detail. Not only did they do a thorough job, these ladies were very pleasant and personable. It was clear to me they take pride in their work. Everything is sparkling and shining! I have requested these ladies to clean my home on a regular basis.

I purchased a GroupOn ticket for 90 minute cleaning with 2 people. The ladies arrived within the timeframe I was given and went right to work. They were both polite and friendly. They both worked non-stop the entire time.I was asked whether I preferred any particular product be used on my wood floors, and I was particularly impressed that one of the ladies asked about using the vacuum around my special needs grandson (loud noise). At the end of the service time I was invited to observe the work they had done to confirm my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the work done and called to schedule another appointment in a month. The cost of the service is much less than I've paid other companies in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Poorly, first "coating" was poor so had to do a second "coating"... after which property manager di a walk through found key missed spots like kitchen appliances that were not cleaned despite being on the cleaning list. When I received the report 30 days after move out, they refused any refund despite photos taken by property manager the day after I moved out.

Service sent 2 ladies for the 1.5 hours or so. They said they would not reach or get cobwebs, or windows, or blinds, or shower scrubs, which meant basically wiping countertops. Despite this, when they said they were done, I went through to find they didn't open any doors or cabinets or closets so nearly nothing had been done, although I saw them working away at a few spots. As expected, when the landlord came by to ***** the cleanliness I failed the inspection and lost deposit. Good service if you want a touch up, but don't use if you want thorough deep cleaning.
