Arrived earlier than expected and they remained on the job until it was completed (12 hours). They kept me informed of every step along the way. Thank you for a great job!!!

The problem was a leaking cooling coil on a 21 year old Central Air Conditioner. The new replacement coil, new water evaporation pan & rebuilt duct / coil housing (that was removed to gain access to the coil assembly) was finished within a few hours. The 2 technicians worked together efficiently and professionally. The job was quality looking workmanship, all scrap/waste material was taken away and the entire area was cleaned up at the end. The completed system was instrument checked and operated to verify proper performance. We are totally satisfied with the work and performance.

Contractor arrived on time. Replaced A/C & Heat in 4.5 hours.

Mark was very quick to respond to my inquiry about fixing my AC that suddenly stopped working. He showed up right on time and was quick to diagnose and fix my AC issue. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was checking on during his inspection. Very reasonable prices. Will defiantly call him again with any future issues and will recommend him to others as well.

Mark responded immediately when I was expecting to just leave a message as it was July 4th when my AC acted up! He came out the very next day and inspected the system and went over the issues, and I decided on an entire new unit both inside and out. We set a date five days later. Mark's team showed up on time and with two crews! Wen it was all said and done, they installed the entire system in three and a half hours! That was shocking to me, and in a good way. About a week later, the city of San Antonio came by for the inspection. When it was done, I asked if everything looked good, fully expecting a yes response. The inspector said, and I quote, "That is one of the best I've seen." That made me feel pretty good! So we have a new system that can cool the house in minutes versus the hours it took the old system. And it was all done in under 4 hours. Quite happy with everything to be sure!

Mark was professional and considerate of the time frame in getting the new ac unit installed as quickly as possible due to the extreme temperatures we were experiencing. He was honest, gave us a good deal, and was a pleasure to work with.

Mark was very professional when I spoke with him about my A/C blowing hot air and not cooling properly. I made an appointment with him to have my unit checked. He was courteous, prompt, and made sure I understood all that was needed to fix the problem. Once the job was complete my home immediately started cooling and for that I m truly thankful he made it out when he did. This Texas heat is no joke!
