Awesome small business. The owner came by on a holiday to look at my HVAC after it went out. Didn’t charge me for the quote and even offered to top off the refrigerant for free. Came out with a new system the next morning and installed it in less than 5 hours. Workers were very friendly. His price was 6 thousand dollars lower than the other two companies that quoted us.

Mark and his team came out on Memorial Day to install our new unit. He was very honest and upfront about what was needed for our sized home. As soon as I got Mark's quote, I agreed to hirs Coolmark Heating & Air to replace all my equipment (my Furnace, Coil and Condenser). Mark scheduled my project and he and his Top Guys all arrived and began the work. They worked nonstop until the Complete Brand New System was running, Tested and working perfectly. Mark returned the following day to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Mark who is a highly knowledgeable technician and he and his crew rechecked their installation work and since that day we haven't had any issues or even one uncomfortable day. Mark and Team were very professional and honest. I just had a clogged condensate line and they blew it out and told me to call if I had any issues. Troubleshooting and Condensate line blowout for $150.

Mark was very professional. Troubleshot the system and identified several problems. Issues were resolved and home is now cooling as it should. We plan to use CoolMark again in the future.

My air conditioner went out and the technicians fixed the problem. I am happy with the service.

My A/c stopped working on a day over 100 degrees. My regular a/c provider told me they could not come out to fix it for over a week. Coolmark was a blessing! I spoke to Alissa, and she was able to get the owner out to me in a few hours. He was able to fix my A/c that same day! I am so thankful for their service! This is a fantastic company!
