When I was in the market for a full replace of my central heating and AC, I shopped around to a number of places both large and small including the folks who advertise on buses. Mark was the only one who showed up, talked to me like a person, and was able to quote me and explain work without transferring me. He's the owner and I now have a relationship with someone I will call for the next decade. The work was prompt, fast, and affordable. The one time I had an issue, Mark was here in an hour. Do yourself a favor and investing in a long term relationship with a great local business.

Our new heat pump was installed in about 5 hours (we added a new vent on the job). While we had some hiccups with a balky thermostat, Mark and his team communicated well, followed through and got the job done. When Mark gave me an estimated time of arrival, they hit it every time. His crew was polite, neat and efficient. Highly recommend Cool Mark to anyone.

Great, quick and responsive over a holiday weekend when other companies were not available. A new hvac unit was a little pricey, but they all are and I was pleased they came out to install in one day.

We has bids from four different companies to replace both our AC and Heating units. Cool Mark (owned by Mark) was not the cheapest, but they did offer the best warranty and extras (filters, two year service). Plus, Mark himself was the most straightforward and friendly professional. The bids for the job with 4 ton units were from a high of $18,000 ot a low of about $10,500. We also asked for bids on blown-in insulation, and they ranged from Mark’s $3,000 to a high of $6,000. Mark did an analysis of our home’s needs (it is 2975 SF) and we all decided it needed a 5 ton system. We initially agreed on a Trane system, but they were backed up with AC units, and the job had to be delayed a few weeks. In the interim, Mark came over 3 or 4 times to top off our Freon, for no charge, so that we were never uncomfortable. Eventually, because of Trane delays, we agreed on a 5-ton Amana system that actually has a lifetime warranty on both cooling and heating units (Trane was 10 years). Mark’s crew came over exactly when he said they would today, and stayed all day ensuring the system was working/cooling properly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cool Mark Heating & Air; work is excellent, professional, friendly and, in our case, very cost effective. I should note that the total cost for the complete 5-ton, 16 SEER AC/Heating PLUS the blown-in insulation, plus WiFi thermostat (Honeywell) was LESS than (by over $3,000) the initial estimate we got from one company for a 4-ton unit with a much less extensive warranty. Mark's customer service is A+. The vendor that originally installed our HVAC system said the part needed for our system was on back order. I provided the information to Mark and he was about find the part within 30 minutes and the part was located in our city. He provided us with affordable options compared to another company that looked at the system. I am glad that I shopped around and found Coolmark Heating & Air. We definitely continue to use this company in the future.
