Mark was very patient and listened to what was said. He told us what was wrong and it was what we were thinking was wrong. He was honest and the price was reasonable. I asked him another question about what might be wrong and he found out that it also needed to be repaired. This was the third repair person that we got to the house. The other two were priced too high and did not know as much as Mark. Thank you Mark and Cool Mark!

Mark walked me through the step-by-step process involved in fixing the problem and answered all of the questions about troubleshooting and AC performance with a patient, positive attitude. Mark and Alex did everything I would expect out of a professional. Mark gave me different options to minimize costs. Very professional and friendly. I gave them a "4" only because of cost. I compared what they charged me and what I googled and found them to be more expensive: 3400 dollars for 4-ton Rheem evaporator coil (cased?) plus 5lbs 410A freon plus labor. Mark explained the breakdown. I felt he was very honest. With all this being said, I'm ignorant of true costs in this profession.

Turned out the motor in my furnace was bad and Mark, my service tech, found a replacement but had to travel about 30-40 minutes to retrieve it. He could have just told me I needed a new furnace, but instead he respected my wishes to just replace the motor. Even though it was extremely hot inside the house he kept his cool and was extremely courteous and professional. He arrived on time and told me how long it would take and how much it would cost upfront. But I didn't have to pay until the job was done! No down payment beforehand. I can definitely recommend him highly!

Had an emergency (AC out during a San Antonio summer) and needed immediate service. Coolmark called me right back quickly and explained how repairs to get us in cool temps ASAP was higher priority than buying a new system. Quick response and great service with detailed explanations of what what our system needs will have us calling back if necessary.

Mark will truthfully tell you the best way to go. We did a repair instead of the entire outside unit being replaced (it is 15 years old) and planned for the next steps when it does need to be replaced aka a written proposal with everything that we discussed. Financing is available and sounded competitive (they use the same company as Discount Tire). Mark discussed the 16 seer CPS rebate to make the best decision and offered a creative solution in recycling the heat out of 2 rooms we told him were warmer than the rest of the house, which was never offered before by 2 other AC companies.

The week was crazy hot and getting hotter. We found ourself late one evening without AC and without a repair company. Mark called late in the evening, a pleasant surprise and set up an early appt the next day. He even said he could come out that night if the situation was unbearable! We slept better knowing someone was on their way next day. Mark was prompt, communication was excellent & service amazing! He fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and our house is again cool. Coolmark is now our go to company, we will book them for our routine service & recommend them to our friends and family. My experience with CoolMark was a great experience. I request a call from them and received it in the early morning. Mark came out that afternoon and evaluated my HVAC issue. The unit was 27 year's old and died of old age/wear & tear. He showed me three options for a new unit and informed me of the rebate available for a unit with a SEER rate above 15. The unit was installed the next day and I am loving my new system.

My system was not cooling properly. Called Coolmark and they arrived quickly and on time to evaluate my situation. Upon careful consideration I decided the best plan of action was replacement of my old system with a new energy saver system. They took the time to explain my choices. I made my informed choice and it was installed promptly . The crew was courteous and professional. Follow-up was greatly appreciated.
