The house was hot. Called others but they said in two or three days. This guy was on the road headed to a job. He told me we are going to get your air running today and he did. That is old school from a young dude. Good work ethic. I donâ t say that much anymore most folks donâ t even try. I appreciated it.

Dishonest, untruthful, and will take advantage of the elderly. Came to check my A/C unit because it was not cooling, Did a half a**** diagnostic of the unit and told me that I need a whole new unit because the compressor was bad. Informed him that I would only replace the compressor and not the inside of the unit. He quoted me a price for the outside unit, which was much overstated. After repeatedly failing to appear and install the new compressor as he stated he would, I called someone else, and as I thought, there was nothing wrong with the compressor.

Mark was great. He got in touch with me promptly and resolved my problem.

I can home from a 12 hour shift from hospital to find that my air conditioner was not cooling. I am in process of getting my home for sale and didn t have the money or desire to buy a new AC. Within 30 seconds Mark called and said he could come that evening if I didn t mind him coming after his work at 9pm. He came right on time found the problem and replaced part within 20 minutes! He was professional and I was able to have a good night sleep in a cool home. I absolutely would use him again!

I called more than 8 people to get a quote to replace my AC. I decided to use mark because of his warranty and his product. I can t even make this up, when the city inspector came to review the work, he said best work I ve ever seen. The AC system works great and it was installed next day in less than 5 hrs. The quality of work is outstanding. He walked me through the function of the system and new thermostat, which is cool to use. Highly impressed by him and his crew. By far best experience buying a new AC system. I highly recommend using his services.

Mark honored his core values of honesty, integrity, and dependability. Everyone has a mission statement, but, rarely, do you see it honored to the degree that Mark did. He shared what he was doing and showed me the parts that, obviously, needed to be replaced. Did the work to a high standard and even found a safety hazard and took care of it. The work was done in a timely manner and he was a pleasure to work with.
