Clear Choice started and completed construction on time and on budget. Mary the construction project manager was great she checked on the work everyday and if it didn't meet their quality standards she'd make sure to have it done right! Clear Choice took the stress out of the construction. I love my new Kitchen & Bath. My wood flooring is beautiful! Clear Choice was the RIGHT Choice!

Company called to confirm time a couple of days ahead. They showed up promptly at time indicated. Estimate given with understanding that the job would take longer than amount in "deal". Two workers did all work needed and cleaned up. Overall, an excellent job by an excellent company who we would definitely use again!

I was exceptionally disappointed with this company. My first real interaction with the owner was when she called the night before our scheduled meeting and she asked if we could move our appointment up to first thing in the morning. Then she arrived 15 minutes late. She said she didn't know how far out we were. A few minutes later she said that she actually went to church around the corner. Following that, every time she got close, I could smell alcohol on her breath; at 8:30 in the morning. She then repeatedly pressured to get me to increase the amount of work I wanted done. She said she could beat Lowes' price on flooring. She took measurements, and then never got back to me with an estimate. I told her when we needed to get the work done before I went out of town and before we could get any of the other work done by other contractors; she told me she would try her best to get it done in that time. Four days later I finally get a call to schedule the work, and she wanted me to wait another 4 days after the time we had verbally agreed on. If that didn't work (because I was going to be out of town) I could wait until sometime the next week. All of the delays would have pushed the other contractors back 2 weeks. When I told her I was disappointed with her company she said "You don't know my company". When I told her that I wanted a refund, she said "Fine, call Angie's List and tell them" all of which was said in a rude and dismissive tone of voice.

Exceptional experience. Jana and her staff (Mary and Diana) provided the best remodeling experience of any we ever had. Organization was key from the first meeting with Jana until the last walk thru with Mary. After meeting with Jana a couple of times to work on design and budget, she brought Mary ( the on site project manager) and all of her contractors to our home for a preconstruction meeting. Mary then made up a detailed schedule of what would be done and when . Mary checked in at least once a day with which ever contractor was working, insuring that the job was being done properly and on schedule. The amazing thing is that each part of the project was actually finished just as Mary had scheduled it ! This never happened when we had other remodelers or contractors do work. Not only was the job finished exactly as projected, but the price of the finished job did not go over the estimated cost. This too never happened when we had other remodelers. The contractors Jana hires are all very professional and highly skilled. They are employess of Jana, not independent sub contractors. And as an added bonus they keep the work site as clean as possible on a daily basis. At the end of the project Jana also has a cleaning service come in to give the area a final cleaning. The bottom line is, the project was finished on time, on budget, and in a very professional manor, with a guarantee of the work. When we need remodel work in the future we will definitely use Clear Choice Flooring and Design again. Thank you Jana, Mary, Diana, Carlos, Loui, and Randall.

Worked with owner and was given ideas and suggestions on what would work for my space. Provided me with a detailed estimate and worked with me to get within budget. Project started when it was supposed to and all contractors were puctual, friendly and courteous. Contractors did high quality work and cleaned up when finished. Very satisfied with the outcome and all of the work of those involved. Project manager did a great job of daily updates and ensuring quality.

Our bathrooms we redone about 15 years ago and it showed. The finished product is spectacular. The design work, the installation work, the follow up was all impeccable. We did hit snags along the way where we would change our mind about something and Jana's team was always there with a solution, willing to work through our design change until it was perfect. It has been three years and I still walk into the master bath and just stare because it is so beautiful. We have not had one problem with the work, tile, grout, electrical, plumbing are all in perfect condition.

Overall, our kitchen project went very smoothly. They were able to complete the job before the projected date, and each day the workmen would clean up the area from that day's mess so we were able to function for evening meals which were being prepared in the wet bar area near our kitchen. One of the outstanding things about doing business with this company is the job "forewoman", Mary, who shows up promptly each day to consult with the workmen about the tasks for the day and to answer any questions that may have come up. I felt Mary was always on top of things and kept me informed. At the end of the project, a lot of attention was given to details so that the final touchup work was very thorough.

Clear Choice Flooring and Design (Jana Ward) made this remodel a breeze from start to finish. Jana helped us prioritize our remodel "needs from wants" then wrote a proposal based on our necessities/budget and an addendum for the future project (full kitchen remodel). The job was estimated to be 5 weeks, but to our great surprise the project was finished in just 3 WEEKS! My husband and I were having trouble deciding on tile, wood flooring, lighting (everything!) but in one meeting with Jana all decisions were made. In the Clear Choice Flooring and Design showroom there is a large assortment of materials to choose from and with Jana's discerning eye the decision making process was a snap! The project begins with a pre-construction meeting (held at the home) in which all the sub-contractors attend. The homeowner meets the crew, has any questions answered and then the typed schedule is reviewed. I really appreciated the schedule so I could plan when we had to make other accommodations when the kitchen was under construction, knowing the pay schedule and just being aware of each step in the project. The project manager stops in every day to make sure the crew is there and on schedule. Every sub-contractor showed up when they said they would -not one "no show"! All sub-contractors were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. On the last day of the project a cleaning crew comes in and cleans all rooms/areas that were affected by the remodel! Clear Choice Flooring and Design is a 5 star remodeling and design company in my book!

Everything turned out great! They delivered on their promises, and I was happy with their service.

Overall? It went beautifully....I do not have even one complaint. I have had many projects in my home over the years and I have never had one go so smoothly. And on top of it, I smile every morning when I see my beautiful floor!!

We are remodeling our home and did not have any ideas on how to make it more marketable for selling it in 2012. Having met Jana and visiting her web site, we sent her pictures and measurements for a design and the materials needed. We would have loved to have her do the whole project but had to get a local installer in Oklahoma. The design and tile for the tub surround turned out beautiful. We also installed the same tile on our master bathroom floor. A friend and I took advantage of an airline sale and asked Jana to come to Oklahoma for further consultations on both of our homes. The ideas she gave us were great and will save us a lot of time and money.
