On time as promised. Phone call 30 minutes prior to appointment. Dressed with company shirt, easily identifed to avoid scams. Ran electric snake and cleaned all the sludge built up. When he finished I filled the zinc with hot water and it drained in less than 30 seconds. Did it 1 more time and drained just as quick. Excellent work Rudy! I mentioned the bathtub was also slow and for an extra 24.99 he poured a solution that improved the draining. Impressed with the excellent work he did. Highly recommend and definetely will use again if, if... I need it again.

The guys were friendly and wore shoe coverings. Talked to them about future installation of water osmosis system. Very helpful.

I purchased an Angie's Deal from this company to cure a line stoppage issue that I was not able to fix. They set me up an appointment that was very convenient for me and the techs even arrived on time! I'm not used to that happening in this industry. The two me that arrived (sorry, forgot the names) introduced themselves with a handshake, put on their shoe covers and got right to work. In a matter of 15 minutes they had the drain unclogged. Friendliness, punctuality and professionalism go a long way with me. They will be getting my business in the future (deal or no deal).

It went good for about 6 weeks, then I had to redo it. They had a good price and did the job but when I called them to come back they said it was too far passed the six weeks.

The salesman they sent out needs to go to school because he doesn't tell the truth. He gave me some more information about a contractor and you have to go through a bank in Florida, and you can't pay back with your credit card, you have to pay back with their credit card at 16% and if you call for anything, you are charged $10. I kept calling different numbers and I got a $50 bill. I kept talking to a machine. The work they did was $2329 and they legally added $50 on it, and I said they were crazy. I went to the bank and paid them the whole amount within a month. I asked the salesman who I should make the payment to and he said they would call me, but it is 6 months and nobody has called me. I would never tell anyone to use them. I would never recommend anyone to use them.

The plumber, Angel, was on time, professional, did a great job cleaning the drain, and gave me some good tips for maintenance of drains to keep them from getting clogged. I definitely recommend him.

He did all that could be done shy of the two remedies mentioned above.

City Base Plumbing called me within 24hours and we immediately set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. The owner was the one that actually came out to house and performed the service. I was impressed with his timeliness, professionalism and willingness to assess other areas and give me honest, professional opinions without trying to "make a sale" or add on other services. Unlike other individuals that had come to my home, he actually informed me on what I could do to save money and improve the longevity of my current equipment. He also advised me appropriately on where my money would be best spent if I did decide to do any plumbing upgrades. He was honest, efficient and competent. I also appreciate that he is a Military veteran and offers a Military discount. Once he finished at my home, he gave my neighbors an estimate for toilet installation and assessed their plumbing even though it was well after 5pm on a Friday. Great service, great attitude and great prices.

These guys are amazing. Meticulous, efficient, personable, conscientious, and knowledgable... they quickly isolated the problem and took care of my clogged drain in my very old (nearly 100 years) house. I would trust these guys for any job -- large or small -- and having used other plumbers in the past, City Base Plumbing is my new "go to". I highly recommend them.
