Description of Work: Replaced conventional attic mounted gas water heater with a Rinai tankless water heater mounted on the outside wall of the house. The consultation was free and the technician provided a wealth of information that led to the decision to mount the tankless system on the outside wall of the house. Once I made up my mind to move forward, the installation was scheduled for a few days later. The installation was quick and the technician paid particular attention to providing a very neat installation as I had requested. So far, I'm completely satisfied with the installation and the way the Rinai tankless system is performing.

Description of Work: This was part of the annual service contract that we have with Christianson's AC. We have used Christianson's only for the length of time we have been in this home (10+ yrs). During the summer of 2013, our AC unit stopped working. Within a day, the repair technician came out and fixed the problem. (Note: Unit is in its "golden years.") A couple of weeks later, again the unit stopped working--but this time, I was in real need of the service call b/c the next day, I was hosting an event at my home and needed AC. The afternoon of my call, the same technician came out, replaced another part, and got us up and running again. The technician that does the annual service is not the same individual as the repair technician. Benton has done the annual service calls for a # of years. He is extremely professional and extremely friendly. The repair technician was equally as professional and friendly.

Description of Work: I really haven't had better service. They called before they came out. So very courteous. And they did everything for an amazing price. I am simply blown away. In this area a company like this is a diamond in the rough. Please save yourself the trouble of looking further. This is your new company.

Description of Work: Christianson Plumbing has always been a quality provider for me. I have used their plumbing ser vices and their AC services. Never had problems or incomplete work, and any callbacks were well done. They've worked on two of my houses over the last 8 years and are consistently good. I would use them for all but heavy drain work (AAA Auger is there). 4 stars

Description of Work: I just purchased a five year old house in Cibolo. Christiason AC was responsible for the initial installation of the AC Unit. The inspector we hired indicated there were a few problems with the initial installation. I was initially quoted $600.00 for repairs from another AC company. I contacted Christianson AC and informed them of the inspectors findings. They sent a technician over and within a few minutes of inspecting the ducts and unit they said they would have someone return to fix the problems. By the end of the week all problems were corrected. The ducts re-run, drain pipe adjusted to assist with drainage of the unit, sealed two ducts, checked entire system. No charge to me. I ended up scheduling my annual maintenence with them. Great service, very honest. Would definitely use them for my future needs.
