Ordered windows with salesman. Felt fair price. Toldme it would be about 3 weeks. Got a call when windows would be in and they schedules installtion date. The process went great and felp they were very careful

They had to order the windows so it took a while to get them. We had gotten other estimates and we liked their product and that there was foam in the windows themselves. They did a good presentation. They have a great product but it is horrible service. They said it would take a day to do the work so I took a Friday off from work because I had to be here. They were supposed to be here at 8:30 and they showed up at 1:30. They didn't leave at 8:30 that night and they still were not done. They screwed up my schedule and it took them 4 or 5 more days to do it because they could only come in the evenings when I was home. I never got a call from management or anything like that. I really like the product and it is really good. They did a good job on the installation but they did a horrible job with communication. I have a warranty and have some things that need to get fixed.

My interaction with them was wonderful. I was very well pleased. The job went very well. I would recommend everything about them. I couldn't be better pleased with my windows or siding. They are very professional, and their customer service is wonderful. The showroom is beautiful, and their presentation was excellent.

They were very nice and knowledgeable. They gave a very good presentation. I really liked the guy who gave the presentation. He was friendly, and he wasn't pushy.

After receiving four quotations on replacing my windows and patio door and reviewing the qualities of each window demonstrated, I choose Champion. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive in price. I ws impressed with the quality of the windows and the construction of the windows, most especially with the insulating material they use in their windows which is superior to all the others. Also, they use a more substantial insulalting material around the windows. A major "selliing point" with Champion was the quality of the glass they use in their windows and doors: "Comfort 365 Glass." This glass was far better than the glass offered by the other companies I checked out. I dealt directly with the Division Manager and received excellent service. After Installation, I had a couple of windows that needed attention and my problems were quickly resolved without any hassle. The windows have enhanced the apprearance of my house. I can tell that the heat and air conditioning air is retained inside my house like never since we have lived in it - 26 years. Also, we feel much more secure with the new windows and especially the new patio door with its unique locking system. We could not happier that we choose Champion Windows, Doors and Patio Rooms to take care of our window and patio door replacement project. They are great!

We narrowed our search down to three companies...Pella Windows, Andersen Renewal Windows by Southwest Exteriors and Champion Windows. We chose Champion over the other two because of the quality of the windows. The cost was a little more than one of the companies and was markedly less than the other. From the beginning, the professionalism of Al Norton, Regional Manager, and Sami Kassem, Sales Representative, was outstanding. They truly believed in the product that they were representing. They were the only company that suggested a change in window design that has enhanced the appearance of our home. Our windows were manufactured in less time than was originally quoted. The three man team that was sent for the installation took their time and to us that was important because we wanted it done right. They installed the windows in three and half days. They stayed on top of the clean up...cleaning each area as they went. A key factor in the installation was the removal of one window at a time. We were, also, very impressed about the amount of foam insulation that was sprayed around each window. We are impressed with their "365 Window" and the difference that it is already making in the temperature of our two story home. Graham Smythe, Installation Manager, came by each day to see how things were going and to check on the progress of the installation. Greg Bjornson, Division Manager, came by to check on the installation process. Since the installation, Graham Smythe have come back out to check a window that we had a question about. We have, also, ordered two exterior doors that we are waiting on to be delivered and are really looking forward to their arrival.
